I ordered my dogs jacket on January 11, 2026 an still haven’t receivd it as March 1 approaches, don’t have a number to call just repeatedly sending emails, still no other info except a email daily encouraging me to buy their products

I love the jackets and harnesses. My dogs are warm and secure!

I really like the jacket, only one thing that I feel would definitely improve it, would be to remove the the zip flap on the right hand side, as it gets jammed very easily and then becomes difficult to open again. Otherwise it's a great product. 👍

I ordered one of the coats with the attached harness. I was so pleased with it that I ordered one in a different color. It’s very easy to put on my dog and is super warm. I like that it covers the whole belly area. I really like this product. Definitely recommend the coat

I like this product because it's easy to put on my dog, it's water resistant, warm and comfortable for really cold weather and it doesn't need a harness since the leash can be attached to it.

I and my dog love the jacket. Kept her warm in what has been a miserable winter. Unfortunately the zipper pull broke off making it challenging to zip up and harder yet to unzip.

Love the color and the design. Also, happy that it was waterproof and lined for warmth and cold, wet days. The coat did not zip all the way to the neck easily especially has my little dog's hair grew but we managed it well enough. I would consider a design that would accommodate some stretch closer to the neck as the area of the torso, neck and front legs may need more room or a way to be adjusted. Love the coat/halter design so it would be nice if a summer design for hotter weather that would include a sun protector/rain coat with a halter attached for hot, sunny weather--if possible. Thank you.

My dog Angel has truly benefitted from her red jacket! We've had strange weather here in Florida this winter and I'm so glad I ordered it for her.
I washed it on a gentle cycle and it came out great!(air dry)
