After contacting them that the original product was to small, pictures were also sent they sent another jacket that was a 4xl would never figured this size for a dashound/pug. Size chart is way off along with the style of dog. Payed a extra $10 to get the right size. Took a while to get it resolved and at one point was told they could not refund my money and to pay more money to get a bigger size. Will not order from them again to much of a hassle to get things resolved.

This is my dog’s second coat purple & Red fits well lovely fur lining keeps dry from rain looks really good wearing it.

I have been trying to get a refund since 31/12/25 and I have had to try to contact them again on 25/03/26. I fill in the form on their website, they reply, I reply and then nothing. They also want to keep £10 of my order when returned which is ridiculous! I just want my money back and the coat gone.

I love this coat! It keeps him warm and covers a lot of his body. Keeps his tummy from getting dirty and wet in rainy and snow weather. It’s great to have the harness built into coat.

I should have measured dog but went by breed so first coat too small got in touch and arranged new coat bigger size for small fee but could keep smaller one so gave that to a friend .the coat is lovely so warm and can be washed in the washer too .

I ordered two of these for my Yorkies. The sizing info was helpful and they both fit perfectly!
They are very well constructed and I love the fact that the ‘harness’ clips are built into them. So easy to put on and attach the leash. Yorkies have delicate throats so there’s no tugging or pulling on their throats. Love them! Cozy and warm ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The coat. Could have used a snap at the top that way you could snap that to sort of hold the coat together while you are zipping it up. The zipper would get caught on the zipper liner a lot.
However that being said I do love the coat.

My dog and I love this jacket!! It was delivered quickly. It’s wonderful to just have her step in and be zipped up. The harness makes it extra easy to quickly get her ready for outside walks. This is the best fitting and warmest jacket I’ve ever gotten for my Chihuahua, who can be notoriously difficult to fit. I immediately ordered a second jacket so we always have one on hand. I hope this company is around for a long time

I actually ordered 2 jackets for Libby. The only issue was the delivery of same as there was a misdelivery and it took almost a month to receive. The jackets are nice and warm but have to be careful when Zipping up as zipper gets stuck on extra material. But overall a very good product and easy to put on pet.

The coat is great, as Furryking promised! It keeps my little Jack Russell Terrier warm and dry on our winter walks. It’s so easy to put the coat on and take off. I highly recommend this jacket!

Even though i didn't look at all the needed measurements, the company offered to refund me forbthebtpo-small jacket. However I had already reordered by then in hopes it would fit. Regardless of thebsize issue everyone was spot-on when it came to helping me. Ended up keeping all three!

We had a sizing issue at first but you rectified it immediately by sending us a new jacket without the problem of returning the too small one. We love the quality of the coat and it looks great on our little maltipoo. Thank you!

Furryking is a great product - it has provided a great warmth for our dog in this cold weather. He is extremely comfortable in the parka - it's easy to slip on and provides great protection even when riding in a car to use the coat/parka as a harness.

They helped me resize my 3in1 without a problem.

The jacket is great. However we get so many emails from Furry King. I will not order anything else from them as they just won't leave me alone!!!!!

I purchased the 3-1 jacket for my 2 dogs then bought more for the other 2 dogs in the family because they were made so well, great fit, strong zipper and a clasp harness for leashing. The dogs love it and understand how to put it on. It is waterproof and we just got 33 inches of snow. They like staying dry under the coat.
And for my first purchase, I mixed up the measurements and bought the wrong size and the company was quick to send replacement to me. Much appreciated. Kate

The jackets don’t stay done up. I sewed a snap on the top to hold it shut. It also made it easier to zip up if the snap was done first. Otherwise, they are pretty good.
