It took a really long time to receive my dog's jacket, about 4 months. It did not fit my dog well, so I tried to get a full refund as promised on their website. I emailed them several times to both their customer service dept. and through the onto form on their web site, and have heard nothing back. I would never purchase something again from this company.

This jacket is warm, wind and water resistant, has a built in harness and leash connector. Easy zip up the back. Very easy to use. My dog is s clothes h I rse so he received it in both black and red!

DO NOT PURCHASE!! I ordered 2 as the price was tempting. They arrived, nice quality, but wouldn’t fit a rat!! Upon asking to returns it became ridiculously complicated !! Their response is copied below. I might add the initial information sized them as small medium and large only. I opted for medium for my small Cavapoo

The jacket is wonderful: easy on, easy off. So good that I was sad that I couldn’t figure out where to review it. So thanks for the email…The zipper is my favorite part. So many zippers in my life have failed me as they get furry and make it hard to put the two ends together for a quick zip. This jacket has a reliable zipper, a sign that the manufacturer has probably paid a little more to make a superior product. This has been a colder winter than usual here, and the jacket is holding up very well. I will probably buy another in a different color so I can alternate. The dark maroon that we have looks elegant. And my dog has no objections to having it put on him. I’m so glad I spotted the ad.

I ordered my dog's coat in December . It has been over a month and it is still not here. I reached out to the company and they apologized for the long wait and thanked me for my patience. What patience? I asked for my money back and was told it's on its way. Well, it's almost a week later and it still isn't here. Where is it coming, from another planet?

A good price and reliable delivery. However, the coat is a bit short for my dog - a whippet and rather loose round the neck so not a brilliant fit for this breed.

Product as describe, well made and good quality. Quick shipping. Didn't have to wait 2-3 weeks for the product.

This coat is excellent! It fits my little guy perfectly, it's easy to put on him, and he looks adorable! We have had record breaking cold here in Atlanta this winter, and this coat has kept him warm and snug. I love it and HIGHLY recommend it!

The customer service is great. Shipping took a while but they were very responsive in assuring me the package was on the way. This is my second purchase of a FurryKing winter coat and I find them to be of top quality. Definitely would recommend them.

Ordered a jacket for our cavapoo puppy and chose a medium to be on the safe side, but it arrived far too small. I wasn’t able to get a full refund, as they only offer partial refunds, and they also wanted to charge an additional £6 for delivery if I wanted a replacement size. Overall, a disappointing experience — I wouldn’t order from them again.

The jacket we ordered was too small. Furyking quickly arranged for us to get a replacement for $10. We do not have to return the original jacket. Jacket is good quality.
