Very good product. For my Shih Tzu, I couldn’t find the right size to fit him well. One size was too roomy, and the other was really tight, so I opted for the tighter one. My dog constantly urinates on the bottom of the vest, and I wish the cutout were another inch higher. In Portland, where it rains a lot, the waterproofing isn’t as strong as I’d hoped—just good enough.

I like the product very much. I don't like receiving a new email every day.

The jacket seems a good quality and fits well. I’m glad I measured to your size chart. It’s easy to put on and wear as well. My only issue is that the zipper sometimes slides down during walks other than that it’s great. Please stop the emails though. I really only needed one.!!! looking forward to seeing if you have spring raincoats coming soon.

I ordered two dog jackets on December 30th and still have not received them. I’ve contacted customer support and they keep saying my order is in its way. I would avoid this company as by the time of my jackets ever get here it will be summer time

This is the perfect winter jacket for dogs! It hugs the body very well not allowing cold air in. The jacket has a built-in harness on the outside of the jacket and it’s all very tailored looking with the zipper on the dogs backside of the jacket. This all comes together in a very nice looking jacket. I couldn’t be more pleased with it.

The time from placing the order to receipt seems incredibly long. I understand having a 30 day refund policy for incorrect sizing or dislike of a product but when it’s a defect in manufacturing I believe they should have exception clauses. In 3 months the zipper broke. It didn’t even last one winter season! After multiple emails back and forth it’s apparent that they don’t stand behind their product quality. I will never order from them again.

My experience was great with Customer service. I bought the wrong size and they gladly exchanged it… the problem is the size chart seems to be inaccurate.. I measured my dog, took his weight in mind and ordered the 3XL for my Scottish terrier… still much too small.. instead of going thru the hassle of returning, I’m gifting it to my son who had a small 11 pound dog it’ll fit.. I already have one similar to this one, and they are great.

After weeks and weeks of getting nowhere after not receiving what we paid for and trying to get what we paid for and no money back every time something different to keep you hanging about hoping your get bored please don't waste your money or your time there just scam you each time read the other comments

We ordered one for my daughter’s dog. It fit great and she loved the built in harness. So we ordered a second one for my son’s dog. It never showed up. They told me they sent a second one and that never showed up after 2 months. The tracking will move along and then stop with no updates. They did finally refund my money after several emails assuring me it would be delivered. In the meantime the zipper on the first jacket broke and is no longer usable.

The coat didn't fit my dog. I requested a return within the 30 day money back guarantee but they kept putting me off for months, either ignoring me or saying they would send me the return information and then not doing it. Now, several months later they tell me I am outside the 30 day window! I started this whole process well within the 30 days but they just kept putting me off until they could claim I wasn't in the window any more. Very much a scam

The jacket is great. It did take very long to get, but it was resolved to my satisfaction.

I have waited nearly 2 months to receive my item I wud not waste my money on this website
