Fast collection, communication was sound thanks to Faheem

Communication is non existent!
Training is non existent!
They are only bothered about themselves earning from u delivering the cars !
They don’t care what hours you do. Some days left my home address at 6am and don’t get home till 10pm. They don’t help or advise with any queries you have.
Only hand your notice in once u have received your Expenses otherwise they delay payment.
In two weeks work I’ve had to lay out nearly £400 out of my own pocket and I am having to constantly chase them up asking when my expenses will be paid and wages!!!!
They don’t reply and once u tell them u are leaving they just don’t reply to you.
My recommendation is to stay away from this company. There are plenty of other trade plate companies that DO treat you better!!!
Once u get your expenses eventually they deduct whatever they can from you!!
Expanses are to be put in by Wednesday evening and I are paid the Friday of these of the same week. I handed my notice in on the Thursday and now it’s Monday and still have not received payments or been advised when payment will be made. I have proof of all texts and emails sent requesting information and then just don’t respond!! Looks like I will be reporting the company via the government leads!!!!

We sold our car through a popular Car auction site and wow! Fusion Logistics were contracted to inspect and collect our car which they did with friendly courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. Overall a 5* experience, thanks Tony (the driver).
