Bombarded my business with junk mail.
it Took 16 months for this response so they don’t care about reviews. I own a chain of restaurants and they bombarded is with junk mail selling their services. They can report my review all they like as I have the junk mails as evidence. I will not be contacting them directly and have not and would never do business with them.
Additional despite my review and unsubscribing they have sent me more unsolicited mail.dated Tuesday 12th August. I have e-mailed them again.

GDPR Breach left and right
I have just made an official claim with the ICO against Fusion Kitchen as they believe that the GDPR policies don't apply to them. I keep receiving emails from them although I've never subscribed and every time I unsubscribe, they resubscribe me again. They are selling customer data to other restaurants as well.

Very poor customer service and…
Very poor customer service and technical team, what we requested about the POS system until today never ever updated. Absolutely useless POS system. Better to switch over to another POS provider.

Don’t sign this fraud Fusionpos company.This Fusionpos is the biggest fraud company I ever have in my life as this Fusionpos company still holding my money and not pay me even I chased so tiredly.This Fusionpos company have robbed my money payment since first day I joined this Fusionpos and not pay you right amount and when you phone up they simply said will credit to you next payout which never ever happened at all.This company is above the law and no one can fight for right or justice.I will report the fraud to relevant department about this fraud Fusionpos company.
