I was happy with my purchase
I was happy with my purchase, but looking at the site the next day, I saw that 30% off was being given on the pair of jeans that I'd purchased just the day before. So I contacted them to ask for some sort of reimbursement. I received a less-than-amiable reply that that was not possible. But then a day later I did receive a friendly reply from someone higher up (Richard) who had his eye on things, offering 20% off in addition to the 30% off on additional items. I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Decent garments, unresponsive customer service
They produce some nice looking garments which fit in my style, but I am quite disappointed in the customer service. On one my beige wp5 pants has come apart way too quickly at a supposedly triple sown seam and after making a complaint at the customer service I have yet to receive a response after 4 days. I wore the pants about 2 times a week for 3 and a half months so it coming apart at one of the seems is way too quick for 80 euro pants.

Always good stuffs, I ordered 2 items that I had to return because of size (my fault), impossible to contact them by phone, but in following to the return form on the website, they refunded me very quickly. ~10 days.

As an expat Aussie living abroad, I was happy to see the FXD range available in Europe. Just a shame they don't carry the safety boots as well, hint hints.. 😉
