I ordered two pairs of work pants online only to realise they were discounted on sale a day later. I contacted FXD and they were very happy to apply the discount to my dispatched order which arrived very quickly.

Nightmare for a response
I’ve been emailing and trying to phone for a month now about my refund.
I’ve emailed and phoned different departments I can’t get through. No reply via email.
They filled the customs form out incorrectly so I was ask to pay it. On the website it’s included in the price.

Really sorry about the delay. Transporter had some trouble with a few UK orders.
Parcel is now in the UK as you can see on your tracking and you should be delivered pretty soon.
