I ordered someTrue bud ear clips that seemed like they were great at first, but only a couple of months and they're doing all kinds of crazy things including turning off while you have them on, not registering that they are out of the charging box or in the charging box. Can’t figure out what’s going on with them. But definitely can’t use them. Really disappointing. Also, all you have to do is turn your head and they touch the back of your neck and turn off. I could actually get past that because it’s just as quick tap to turn them back on, but if they’re not working, it doesn’t even matter. 

I had ordered a bluetooth speaker that I was going to use for a class get-together. It worked the first time I tried and then 3 months later when I tried it the night before I was going to use it -- it would not work at all. I actually thought my phone was the problem in pairing. I explained my story and customer service was great in resolving my problem - even though the window for returns or refunds had long passed. I think Gabba is a reputable company. (not sure if 'Gabbagoods' is the same as 'gabbagabba'-but hope so. ;-)
