Efficiency
Good communication, good quality of shoes, I was kept update with the whole process since I bought the shoes until I got them home.
I had to return one of the shoes, and it was so easy, once the company got them back I got a refund notification.

An excellent experience. Next day delivery. Easy return if necessary
The quality and level of comfort is superb. I happen to fall in between sizes but for sandals I always coose the larger option to accommodate feet swelling from heat.
