Sold my iPad mini 5 and was told I would receive £100 for it. No communication from the company for over 2 weeks even after sending multiple emails. When I did get a response, the sent me pics of “my iPad” full of scratches and dents - bearing in mind when I sent my iPad it was in perfect condition. They refused to send a full size picture of the damaged device that was supposedly my iPad and said they would only pay me 60 pounds. I requested for them to send back my device and today I received it - surprise surprise absolutely 0 scratches on it and in the same condition as I had originally sent it off. I don’t understand how they can claim to be such a trustworthy and reputable company but then lie to my face about a damaged iPad that wasn’t even mine just to rob me off some money😂. Pathetic and shameless scums.

I sold a phone to this company that I know for a fact had no scratches on. I was quoted a price and then once they received the phone a scratch magically appeared and I was quoted half my original price. Make sure to take photos of your item before you send it.

The priced offered was fair and the process simple. Money was transferred efficiently and as agreed. Convenient and Easy transaction.

Sent my Apple Watch to gadgetgogo after Apple wouldn’t give me a trade in saying “it didn’t have any value and would only take it for recycling” I didn’t get the expected trade in price from gadgetgogo BUT that was my own fault as my watch was the SE 1st generation and I genuinely thought it was the SE 2nd generation, which I’d specified on the order to them. It also had heavy scratches on the face but they promptly contacted me with a revised price which I was more than happy with 😀 and the payment landed in my bank account within 48 hours, so I highly recommend this company and I myself will definitely be using them again.

I sold a Apple Watch to this company when I sent The Watch it was in perfect condition however when they received the item and they sent me pictures back, they purposely damaged The Watch and said I sent The Watch damaged. This is outrageous. I cannot believe a big company like this does this after when I saw this I checked other one star reviews and their other customers also mention that they damaged their item purposely so they can reduce the price of what they offered never using this company again, do not use them !!!!

Good communication

Gadget Gogo gave me the highest quote of any comparison website, which is why I chose them.
Unfortunately when they received the device, they sent me a revised quote which was half the initial value. I challenged this based on the photos I didn't recognise - turns out someone else had used my order number in error.
They then found my device but again the quote was lower than what I'd anticipated. Their comms were clear though and the payment was very fast, so I'd describe it as hassle-free.
In future I'd probably go to a few local mobile phone shops first and get quotes in person rather than sending the device away.

Excellent efficient service

I sent 2 iPads to sell. Everything went okay and I got the price I was quoted.
I would have given 5stars if contacting the company was easier. As I had received a email from Royal Mail saying my package was delivered. But I did not receive any response from gadget GoGo which I found as a 88 year old, a little disturbing

As per a previous reviewers comments, my apple watch mysteriously gained scratches to its face, and offer was downgraded. To be honest just could’nt be bothered to challenge it, but the photos they supplied of what was allegedly my watch, were nothing like the watch that I sent them. Make sure you take your own photos before sending your item in.

I sent my Apple Watch on the Saturday & received the money into my PayPal on the Thursday. Super fast.

Offered and gave the best price with no hassle. My only mini gripe is there’s no communication about what’s happening until you get the email confirming the payment. You can track that the parcel has been delivered to them via the Royal Mail app but other than that, you’re left a bit in the dark.

Would definitely use them again, as good prices. However website says payment within 48 hours, and I had had no response so chased. Advised very busy so a delay, which was fine, but an email to state this would have been great.

Ensure you take pictures prior to sending your item - mine magically managed to have multiple scratches on which resulted in the price being reduced.

Had to also resend my bank details via email as they were also apparently incorrect. Took over a week.
