We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with this company. We were quoted a price for the phone and stated that it had a cracked screen. They then altered the quote price upon receipt which is fine in principle but then tried to charge £21 for a return when we rejected the new quote. Perhaps it would have been useful to allow us to upload a photo of the item before sending to confirm the quote as we had completed the section about the condition of the phone honestly when we first enquired. £21 is a ridiculous amount for a return. They referred to T&C’s when challenged and said that ‘return fees may apply’ and that this should ‘prompt’ the customer to check but these are not as transparent as they should be for such high return fees. I would never use them
again and hope our experience helps others make an informed decision about potentially using this business.
