Mieser Support ! Kein Versand, Paypal eingeschaltet.
Ware bezahlt, keine Versandbestätigung, keine Antwort auf email. Nach Anruf wurde gesagt keine Neuware auf Lager, es würden Bilder via email geschickt.Nichts passiert. Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. NIE WIEDER. Da kann ich mein Geld auch direkt verbrennen. Sollte durch Paypal nichts passieren, werden rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet.

Schlechtester Onlineshop, kein Service
Trotz Vorbestellung ist der Artikel bei Erscheinung nach einer Woche nicht eingetroffen. Keine Antwort auf Mail oder Facebookanfragen. So etwas habe ich online noch nicht erlebt!

This company is the worst I have ever done business with
26th of October 2015 I bought a Dallas Mask for my 8 year old son. The mask was broken on arrival, which can happen. But the company does not answer emails, I had to post on their facebook page to get attention. They wanted me to let the mask sit at room temperature for several days? I did, but of course nothing happened.
I then tried many times to email them about them sending me a new mask, but no answer from their support email. Back to their facebook page or their horrific online forms.
They refused to send me a new mask, they wanted me to return the broken mask first. I did, and sent them documentation for shipping cost, but nothing happened.. Again using their facebook page I got their attention, but now they only want to refund me less than half the shipping cost, as they have found a cheaper way I could have sent it. I sent them notice 5 day prior to shipping about how I was going to ship it, and the cost. They never objected.
So I received a broken product (this happens), and lost money, because this company does not live up to EU law about refund shipping cost.
I will make sure nobody I know ever does business with this company ever.
Today 24th of November I still haven't received any payment from Game Legends.
The short: They have no customer service or effective return policy for broken items - they even act rude towards customers.
