Customer support was great, they answered all the questions all along. Shipping took quite some time but I am happy with the great prices they offer.

Regardless of the time it took me to receive my package due to weather and the busy holiday season. They politely and honestly answered my questions in regards to my order. As I did not know at the time there was a snow storm happening where the package was coming from. Great staff, great company, I would definitely order from them again.

The product I ordered became out of stock and Gamerverse reached out to offer a choice of alternatives at no extra cost. Most companies these days will just cancel on you, so I appreciated the customer-oriented approach taken by Gamerverse. Start to finish, the order took a little longer than I would have liked, but everything worked out great.

take too long for shipping. Amazon or walmart or bestbuy delivery package in 1 at 2 day but with gamerverse the delivery take 18 days .

I ordered the G Pro X Superlight. Product arrived in perfect condition. I got an amazing deal from Gamerverse. Shipping took a little longer than expected but still overall a 5 star experience from this store.

I ordered the Powerplay mousepad on October 9th, and didn't hear a peep from them for a while. Contacted support, and whoever was subbing in for the support person needs to get a raise for the help they provided. Always answered within 5 minutes, and was super helpful. The mousepad got delivered October 24th. Took a little bit, but was an amazing price and a 10/10 experience! If I ever need anything Logitech, I'll order from you guys again :)

Super easy. Direct fulfilment from Logitech with better pricing. Will be purchasing again. When I need and update on shipping they were available even on a weekend. 100% would recommend.

By far the best prices on Logitech gear! Hunter was super helpful in letting me know there was delays and helping to find a solution. The website looked a bit sketchy at first with all the sale and unbelievable prices. But this site is really legit. Got the product. The shipping status might take a bit of time to update, since it's a new operating business I guess it's normal. I would recommend gamerverse to everyone. They have amazing deals.

Have bought a Logitech Pro X Headset on the website. The perfect price and shipping time are not too long.
Because of personal reasons returned it, and the customer service replied quickly. The only problem is I paid the return shipping fee.
If you are in Canada and want to buy Logitech devices, do your research work before ordering, and take it on the website at the best price in Canada.
