Absolutely HORRIBLE communication
Absolutely HORRIBLE communication. I’ve been trying to get ahold of this company for 2 weeks to get my order cancelled because they were not shipping it and gave ZERO reason why. I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times, messaged on instagram, commented on their posts…ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They have no phone number to call. Their site boasts “ Our dedicated customer support team is consistently available to assist you with your needs and concerns” which is absolute bull. I will NEVER order from them again wanted to share my experience to deter others.

Unresponsive
Ordered a keyboard and switches on the 3rd, did not get any sort of update on my order for a week and the seller did not reply back to any messages I was sending throughout the week at all when trying to get updates on my order. Decided to contact my card issuer instead and dispute the charge since the seller is unresponsive.
Edit/Update: I was finally able to contact the company via email on this after a chargeback was started on my end. Looks like there was some issues at their wh and at their Canada offices to where my order had been delayed. After speaking with them over the course of several emails and rescinding my chargeback I finally have the order on its way to me. Updated from 1/5 stars to 3/5 due to their understanding of the situation and keeping me updated. Unfortunately they did tell me that they expedited my shipment due to the issues mentioned after I asked but that does not seem to be the case based off the tracking I was given.

Omg😱 i like so much that company. They have a lot of variety from big names in custom keyboard industry, but what sold it to me was their custom meow-key coiled cable with their perfect color choices plus it s a Canadian business 🇨🇦 And their meow cat mascot is sooo cute (we need to see it more in the website like a track it 3 times and get 10% off ☺️) 💜💜💜

Great place for custom keyboard stuff
Actual reasonable shipping prices and free shipping over $99 is a huge plus especially for Monsgeek and Keychron stuff. Also has good prices on switches too and you can buy exactly how many you need. Shipped quickly and packed well and everything. Really impressed.

Was sent the wrong keyboard and no help on getting what I ordered
I ordered a Keychron Q1 Pro Special Edition but was sent the wrong keyboard. I emailed customer service and they confirmed I was sent the wrong product but I haven't gotten any update on how to do an exchange.

Rivals Custom Built Keyboard
The price was competitive, but given availability of this keyboard, well worth. Shipping was quick and arrived several days earlier than anticipated. The keyboard feels great, has good bluetooth connection with option to switch between multiple devices, sounds awesome, and looks amazing. Would recommend for new keyboard enthusiasts who are looking for a nice sounding, good looking keyboard that rivals many custom built keyboards.
