Dear Md, as discussed, we received your orders day before yesterday, we couldn't ship yesterday due to back log of orders to be processed at Vendor's end, considering your concerns today morning, we already refunded the amount for both the orders you placed. Though in normal scenario, we ship orders within 24 hrs, however in exceptional scenario like this it might take longer.

Totally satisfied with the product.
Once I visited Rajasthan and had their Milk Cake. I never had that type of milk cake before and after. The Rajasthani Milk Cake is something that everyone should try. This company delivered the same Milk cake I had in Rajasthan. But I want to mention one thing, that is, they can improve the packaging. Else the experience is really good.

Delayed delivery.
Delivery of Kalakand from Alwar was delayed. It arrived only after we had left for our holidays and our home was locked. It had to be collected by security persons and distributed between them as it could not have been stored.
However my past experience has been very good.

Dear Dr Deepak,
We regret the inconvenience caused; understand you ordered 3 dozens, out of which 1 dozen later had issue with it, 2 dozen sent previously were all okay, unfortunately, since the issue with 1 dozen sent later, was reported 5 days later after the receipt of mangoes, considering shelf life of it, it was not meeting return/replace policy. We discussed with farmer and considering policy it didn't met policy; he was unwilling to accept it. Request your understanding on the matter.
Every thing was well executed.
