Hi everyone, please be careful while ordering from Indygood. I received a product with the expiry date covered by a barcode sticker and was later told it was stuck in customs. I did not receive the product. Based on my experience, I suggest customers avoid buying chocolates or other products from Indygood.

I paid for their Shrewsbury biscuits from Kayani bakery in Pune, but it was a fraud. I contacted Kayani bakery and they confirmed that they do not take out of town online orders. Indy good has duped me and taken payment and not delivered. They just send the same message on email.Beware of ordering at Indy good.

Fraud website .Doesnt deliver goods.Does not refund. Please avoid.Scam.

They are scammers. I ordered 5 items and they sent only 1. No response on whatsapp or email. They created a shipping link and cancelled it from their end and never sent out any products. Beware and DONT shop from here.

They have shipped completely one year expired items and that too a different item. It is a fake site

Wish I had done some ref check before ordering. Avoid them like a plague. Total scam. Product ordered- no update- no response from WhatsApp no- no one picks up calls.

My order thru IndyGood dated 5th Aug not yet delivered and the co is not answering calls. Disgusting.

Fraud platform, They never delivered my order or refunded me. Will file a case against them in consumer court.

This is a fake website. I ordered on July 12th with order number 9516397 for a prepaid order of rupees 1298. Initially, they responded atleast in whatsapp. Now, they are not even responding. Seems to be complete fake seller.

My order no. 9516472. Ordered 3 sweets but received only 2 packet and no one is bothered to reply to my mail.

Absolute fraud site.. never place any order from this site as it will not reach to you the way it did not reach to me up till now. I placed an order on 11 July 2026 of more than ₹2000 and I never received it. Please don’t trust the site and don’t waste your money. It is FAKE !!

The cake we ordered was stale with fungus. The phone numbers given on their website are fake. What else can one state?!

Avoid this company at all costs. My order was never delivered, and after multiple follow-ups, there was zero response. They don’t reply to emails, ignore WhatsApp messages, and the customer care number they provide is invalid, leaving you with no way to contact them.

Based on my experience, this feels like a SCAM. Save your money and order elsewhere.

I had ordered 3 pqcks of Shrewsbury biscuits from Kayani bakery through Indygood in March 2026. Till today there is no trace of the biscuits nor any refund. The whats app no is no longer in use... this website is a scam ... beware

This is a scam. Paid over 1000 for shrewberry biscuits from Kayani bakery. Till date I haven't received the order. They have just been reattempting all the time.. big scammers.

Scam site. They won't send the product. I ordered guylian sea shells for Rs.2000, and not received the chocolates. When I called on the mobile number +918010245198 , the number does not exists. I lost my Rs.2000 😪 I send messages on WhatsApp but not get delivered.

My first booking Shrewsbury biscuits order delivery is abnormally delayed and disappointed.

I book Shrewsbury biscuits from pune to Pune on 21st June'26 for Ts 1296/- but now it shows for city Darbhanga. Now no refund initiayrd by Indygood.
