Gappsy is giving zero support to customers. For more than a year we have been contacting their support for updates on the app stores, that we've paid for. Initially we had promises that it will be done. Now they simply do not respond. We also bought extra licences we cannot use as they would simply not do updates as they have to.

I felt very confident about this company at first and I was excited about the ease of use but after trying to contact the company a few times and try to make adjustments or get support they never responded. When I tell you I have been trying to contact them for years they have never responded!!

I had a lifetime account at Gappsy, after a while my account was disappeared and could not login anymore to create the app. I spend 500 Euro for nothing and i contacted many times and no answer or solution at all. Hope via this way i get response. I bought account at August 29th 2020 but since then never got anything.

I was a huge fan of Gappsy. I would recommend them to other businesses owners. Until now. I am not savvy with any of the terminology. I have my app on Google or should I say HAD. My app has been removed. I have contacted customer support since late 2023. No response. Just we have recieved your claim ticket. I love the ease of their product. But when it comes to technical issues their customer service is poor.
So sad. I am going to have to look for someone to create my app all over again.

I have repeatedly emailed Bartu, the owner of Gappsy. I asked for my services purchased and software in good faith. Instead of receiving the service purchases, I receive nothing unless he tries to upsell me on something else in his portfolio of thievery. Yes, this is what a scammer does; it's always the next item, and all it is is more lies, deceptions, and scamming.

Will I now, with this filing, receive a response? Time will tell.

If I do not get an answer now, after making these purchases three years ago, including a 497.00 DFY app, which I never received, and a 197.00 app submission, etc, which was also not received, I am warning you about this scam. It looks legitimate, but it is not!!

I have all proof of payment and the emails and WhatsApp messages that have been ignored. This is a fraudulent money scam!! The only thing Gappsy does is leave a gap in your bank account!

They tried to sell me on listing my agency for 175/mo. When I told them not interested they shared that they created a page of our agency with a "not recommended" and thumbs down. Then proceeded to tell me we could be on their top ten referrals if we signed up. BAD BUSINESS. Blackmail for a good review? It's a first. Don't use them.

Simply bad customer service.

until they get this service, everything is good and they are promoting it at the highest level. then they ask for one time money for your problems. impossible to reach the authorities. automatic replies are not enough to solve your problem. too bad…

I purchased the LTD from Gappsy in 2020 and began building my app. I was able to build out the app myself using their templates and get it to work reasonably close to how I wanted it to (tho some features didn't work well, I was able to find decent work arounds). Fast forward a year and a half later and features that had been working have stopped working, once you click on a feature in the app, you can't exit it to get back to home page and tech support is unresponsive (it's been more than a month since I put in a ticket with no response at all). Also received notice that their own app that you use to preview changes on your devices was removed from the app store and the gappsy website suddenly started being flagged as "suspicious" by my ISP. Bottom line - don't use them.

I built my app with gappsy and all was well. After about a year, all of a sudden I didn't have access to my app's backend/dashboard. I still cannot access my app after about 6 months reaching out to gappsy.

I was not able to login. They sent me a new password, but my app is not there now. I can login, but my app is not there. I have reached out to them many times and they give me some weird runaround. Very frustrated and can't get any help

Many people complaining about refunds. I paid 147$ for the app but did not like it. I asked for a refund and got my money back without problem. The problem with Gappsy is that they have limited template option. If you want to build a simple app then it is ok. But if you want a nice app with a lot of functionality then do not get it.

Gappsy is a very unique platform that has an all in one app creating experience. It is easy to change colors, templates, themes, layouts, styles, add pages, customize pages, and MORE! The best part is you do not need to know ANY coding at all what so ever. I was able to learn about API keys to connect external social media and PayPal but aside from that my experience was easy going, fun and my app is ready for business! The support is great: active and helpful. Uploading pictures is a breeze and adding new content has no limit thanks to custom pages for builders who are familiar with code. I give Gappsy 5 STARS for overall performance

Don't sign up for this! It's a scam. I purchased this service to build an app to do a classifieds for my country. After using the software for a day I was struggling to find the functionality needed for my app. I decided to sign up for the $497 "Done for you" promotion where they do it for you. After a 4 minute phone call with the rep, he said they couldn't do what I needed. Still well with in the 14 days they chose to keep my money, not honor their refund policy and SCAM me out of $497! SCAM! The owner Bartu has no interest in customers, he's only in it to capture the $497.

Well reading through the rest of these reviews I thought I would add mine from a customers point of view as well.
Paid upfront for the app and when working with it decided it wouldn't work the way I needed it to for my company, so I asked for a refund with in the timescale stated and was fob off with excuses of we used the money to pay for the server etc.
Well don't state money back guarantee and not follow through with it.
This company is shocking, takes your money then thats it, you get a program that is unusable.
Best scam going to make money.
Whatsapp support says they will help you and nothing but lies.
Avoid this company at all cost you have been warned.

Be careful of the 15 days guarantee. They do not honor this and use cheap tricks. Called my credit card company and had to try and get them to remove. And now they’re trying to reverse it. Mind you, a couple of days after I tried cancelling after a few days, someone stole my credit and tried charging two different gas stations at different locations (1 hour geographically away from me). Had to cancel my card. I’m just saying this is NOT a company I’d trust. And the 15 days money back guarantee is definitely not real. Backstory: I thought I could make an app to make money, but the market was saturated. I probably should have done research regarding the market, but I thought the 15 days money back would be there anyways. Careful!

Run while you still can!
Don’t trust anything they promise you, their lies know no boundaries.
When I enquired about developing a startup marketplace web and mobile apps and shared samples of what I wanted, Gappsy assured me they were more than capable of building my dream apps. So, I paid for the ‘lifetime’ and ‘doforme’ packages expecting a professional job. To my greatest surprise after making payment, Gappsy couldn’t develop my apps as agreed and refused to listen to anything I had to say. I wrote several emails and messages on Facebook appealing to their conscience and reminding them of their earlier promises but to no avail. I repeatedly requested for refund but they either ignored me or just shut me down.
I felt so frustrated after they had tricked me into paying for a product they had no capabilities to deliver and wasted my time till I couldn’t continue with my business idea.
If you are reading this, don’t end up like me.

Gappsy Apps I asked you numerous times on Whatsapp to help fix the app and it is not a worksable app! I had 3 developers look at this app and they didnt even know what it was for! My company is called BizConnect if anyone wants to look at it. I had to help you develop the app which you would NOT complete! I also had to reach out to iOS to publish the app & you NEVER did a video to explain the app like you stated as well so dont tell me that I am not interested in making this app functional! I paid you for DONE FOR YOU APP that again I had to complete and go on to google just to figure out how to do it and you still have not completed the app, you have not done the video or anything further you have taken the money in which every developer told me you NEVER pay someone upfront all of the money you pay a portion and when the app is complete & to my satisfaction then you complete the rest! Your platform is a drag & drop platform you are NOT developer and you cant just do any app out there! This is what pissed me off & you have the nerve to tell me that its functional when its NOT!!!!
If I paid you for an application for you to complete I should have NEVER had to do any type of work on it. I am not a developer IT person or anything of the sort. This is what you should have done. You think by just saying something it makes it true! I asked you numerous times even until the end of October 2020 for you to FIX THE APP TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT TIL THIS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam! I requested a refund the next day and never got it. I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and Gappsy says its a valid charge, so they charged me anyway. Stay away from this company.

This company is a scam and use fake reviews, they promise everything to get your money then you realise how little the platform can actually do. No support and they haven’t replied to a refund request. AVOID
