I recently purchased a Carport Garage (44). It is an excellent product, very sturdy and well built. The team was lovely to deal with. Everything was executed as agreed with GardenHouse 24. Purchased the Monaco 28 cabin for our Autistic son as we wanted a sensory/ Therapy room for him. From the beginning they where outstanding to deal with over email and phone. Catherine was lovely and fantastic to deal with and when they showed up to build the cabin they work to there fullest till the job was done. Took only a day for them to build and they only took micro breaks. The guys where on point with there work and where very professional.

Had a great experience with Gardenhouse24. I've wanted a Barrell sauna in the garden for about 10 years, and now we finally had the space to do it. Catherine has been amazing throughout, sharing information and helping to get everything ready. The delivery and assembly team were also great, here first thing and really quick and tidy. We finally got the sauna connected up on Saturday and had a lovely day of it on Sunday. There was a small hickup when the electrician could not get the oven working, and I messages Catherine at about 5pm of a Saturday - was not expecting a reply, but I got one and we were able to resolve the issue then and we got everything working. Would absolutely recommend!

I highly recommend Gardenhouse24. Having not been able to visit a showroom to see the Summer House, I was a little nervous as to how it would look. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality, it is stunning. The communication was fantastic from start to finish and everything went exactly to plan. I cannot recommend this Company enough. They were so patient during the selection and decision making process. They were exceptional workers when on-site and I am thrilled with the final result. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and the service. Had lots of questions before buying and installing, and Catherine answered them all patiently and enthusiastically. Makes a big difference when you're spending so much money. Installation was quick and efficient. We had one problem (basically the wood expanded which caused a holder to shift) and they came out within two days and fixed it.

We got the Monaco all-inclusive and it's excellent.

The product (day room) is excellent more than I expected .The staff help when ordering and advising was outstanding & the site erection of dayroom was quick personal polite and efficient and the area was left clean afterwards highly recommend them

I purchased a THERMO BARREL SAUNA 330 about a year ago. Before contacting GardenHouse24 I did as much research as I could, but I still had queries. The team were brilliant and helped me to identify precisely which product suited me best. The installation team got the sauna structure assembled and engaged with my electrician to answer any questions about the final wiring. A year or so later I couldn’t be happier with my sauna. The after care has also been very good. Catherine, Daniel and the team made sure I got sorted when I needed a handle for the front door - sending me over the part and coming to install it free of charge.

I'm absolutely delighted about my unit.

After spending close to 6 months, sampling different opinions, I decided to go with Gardenhouse24 and it is a decision my family is delighted with.

The guys literally worked through one of the wettest and most miserable days we’ve had for a long time. (and it was a sunday). Professional with excellent craftsmanship - really impressive. Zero fuss or hassle - an all round great experience.

Got the Lisa B garden room and can't fault anything about the whole process. Catherine was excellent to deal with throughout and delivery was within the time stated. We were out of the country on holiday when we got the call about the delivery but we arranged for it to be dropped in over our back wall and in place for assembly for when we arrived home. I got the qualified builders to assemble it and they had it up within 8 hours. Unfortunately when they opened the packaging there was 2 windows broken during transit but they rang Catherine and they had them replaced and installed shortly afterwards. Anyone who has seen the garden room has said how good it looks and how solid it is and with proper maintenance will stand for years to come. It's a great addition to our home and basically another room to enjoy. A big thank you to Catherine and to Daniel and his installation team for all the help and professionalism they gave throughout.
