We are so happy with our Kevin 44. The building is fantastic quality and it has created a lovely space for us to work in. The process was excellent from start to finish. Catherine was very helpful and the cabin arrived in the expected time. The delivery driver was helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this company.

Catherine provided great support before, during and after the build, and was fantastic to deal with in the process. The unit itself (Emma 70) is rock solid with lovely timber.

The door mechanism was a little off - but they got someone out to fix it since - and my only recommendation for the team might be to get a slightly smoother and solid lock and handle system for the bi-fold doors. Just to match up with the quality of the wood.

I didn’t end up getting the garden room in the end but I must say that I had a very positive experience in dealing with Catherine. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable on the garden sheds. She was very understanding and it was great to actually see the rooms in person. I would highly recommend. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I could not go through with getting the garden room but it is something that I will still consider down the line, and will be contacting Catherine if so.

I ordered a garden room in Q1 of 2022. I honestly found the whole experience so professional and stress free. Catherine did an excellent job of keeping me updated and I was happily surprised to learn that my cabin was ready ahead of time.
The assembly team were efficient and hard working and I am very happy I ordered from garden house 24.
Any follow up issues and queries were fully addressed without any issues.
I fully recommend this company.

My Cabin arrived on time and built very quickly 👍

The sales support was good but the contractor's care and attention to detail was poor. The contractor blocked a drain and messed up the base and had to fix it. I was compensated for the miss-steps and that was appreciated but the contractor showed very little care of sensitivity to the frustration caused by him making a mess, blocking my gully and mistakenly taking my shovel. A more considerate tone would have resulted in a good score and less complaint.

I bought the Gettorf garage and Monaco garden room.
So if you paying to have this build, go for it!
It's a great product.
If you self-build, start scratching your head.
With such little effort, extra guidance on the building steps could be given, but this is almost a "figure-it-out-yourself" build.

I explored garden sheds for months. I was talking to Catherine for months and she was patiently responding to all my queries. I did not kno anything about sheds. Thanks for gradually educating me on sheds. Finally with a great price discount I ordered the shed. It came in time as was communicated. Great service in fitting the shed. The fitters took good few hours and it was raining that day, but the lads did a fantastic job. They r the best in their job. A great customer service. You will cherish business with them. I ordered and fitted in Dublin doing all business Online with them and still a great experience. Highly recommend it.

Shed is brilliant, little problem with doors which I think I can sort out myself. Other than that, delighted with the shed, the product , the workmanship-both local and abroad-sounds expensive but great value for money. Have gone through 2 ordinary sheds already, but I know now that I have a shed for life.

Throughout the entirety of the process with Catherine and the team, we were very well looked after. From ordering of the Monaco 44 to its delivery, assembly and after sales service, we could not have asked for better service. Some small snags were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and Catherine was always contactable. We would highly recommend!

The service and advise from Catherine was exceptional. The room is all I was hoping for and great quality. The only issue I had was that the instructions for assembly was very poor gave very little guidance however I would definitely recommend gardenhouse to friends and family.

I can't praise Garden house 24 highly enough. From the first communication with Catherine, their highly efficient customer relations person, the service was top class. No question was too trivial and I got prompt answers every time. The lead time for my barrel sauna was 10 - 12 weeks, it arrived within 4 weeks. I was away on holiday, so Catherine kept it in their warehouse till my return. Delivery was excellent and Catherine facilitated difficult access to our property. The sauna is now set up and looks fantastic, really good quality. Just now waiting for the electric sauna heater to be connected. Can't wait to try it out!! I would thoroughly recommend Garden House to anyone looking to purchase a sauna or one of their great looking garden houses. Top class service and products, a rarity in this day and age! Great support from Catherine in Clare Head Office all along the pre -construction phase and following on .Danny and Conor were a super team in site during the construction phase ,we're on site on time and worked very confident ly and efficiently over the week on site.
