Excellent Customer Service
Unfortunately I had to cancel my order for a garden sofa set as I no longer required it. I spoke to a gentleman on two occasions with regard to my order and received a full refund on the same day as I finally requested one. I don't normally write reviews although I admit to being guided by them. Garden furniture is expensive and with the delays everyone is facing at the moment a big decision for some of us. In my experience I would not hesitate to use this company again. I can also vouch for the quality of the product as I ordered the same set after being very impressed with one my friend had bought from Gardenman last year.

Was sceptical at first as not heard of this company and very few reviews about garden furniture. Order was placed delivery was prompt called a few times for update and every time someone got back to me. Would use again.

Delivered on time and a fabulous product. We are enjoying sitting on the comfortable chairs with our wine on ice. Thank you for the great experience

Very Happy With My Firepit Corner Dining, used it last night and I'm very impressed, , called the Salesline to place my order and Lindsey was very helpful. It had a 4 week wait which was explained in full that their might be a delay due to Shipping, I'm very happy it arrived 2 days We'll Done Gardenman, I'm now going to order a Cover

Love this sofa and for the price I was expecting something perhaps less aesthetically pleasing. It’s very comfy too and looks amazing on my new decking. Very happy with the quick delivery. Unfortunately the van broke down on first attempt which was within a week of my purchase but company called with as much notice as possible to let me know and rearranged for literally the next working day and very apologetic. Definitely recommend.

False advertisement of stock availability luring customers to purchase! Terrible experience! Purchased a hard to find sofa set based on website stating they had 2 in stock with delivery date of 27th April. Took my £2.5k received email confirmation confirming delivery date. Contacted the firm 2 days later to check progress to be informed that this item wasn’t in stock and had been discontinued! Told them I purchased based on website stating in stock availability! Which were still advertising stock availability on the day they informed me! Was then informed the stock wouldn’t be back in until December, wait a minute you’ve just advised me it was discontinued 🤷🏼‍♀️ Was then ask if they could suggest an alternative! Definitely not and now I’m still waiting for my refund.
Sent complaint email which wasn’t acknowledged, had to chase to confirm both complaint and my refund!

Absolute terrible experience please do not buy from this firm! I feel for the employees I hope they get treated better than their customers!
