Expected on Friday 5/6 . Stayed in all day but did not arrive. They arrived on Tuesday 9/6 as I was about to call you.

Had three kits now in total delivery was prompt and on the day promised. Great quality kits and so simple to put together an issues with one sleeper very quickly resolved. Really impressed and as soon as I’ve done more ground work order going in for more

Swift delivery. All dimensions correct. However some deep fissures in timber and not sure they are preservative treated

Product is as stated, quality timber with instructions to build raised bed and was delivered on time. Delivery service was also helpful and good natured. Made delivery a pleasure.

Service was great. I had a query on delivery to a challenging location. The issue was resolved within minutes with a sensible and practical solution (soil would be delivered separately to allow driver to assess the site.
All worked smoothly.

Almost £500 worth of order just didn't show up.
No phone call, no email. Took time off and waited in all day on the date THEY chose. Tried to call and got a recorded message talking about placing orders during Covid so that tells me all I need to know about their customer service. Emailed the help@ email address, nothing.
