The staff at Jacksons were very helpful and efficient. I was made to feel as if I was a very important customer. The driver delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite.

Be aware that you may be sold faulty/damaged fencing panels. Should you try to contact Jackson’s in order to understand why their panels wrapped within two years Jackson’s won’t want to know. The warranty they provide is void.

A little longer delivery than I hoped for but really pleased with the panels. Easy to fit quality panels and look very smart.

Some years ago I purchased panels, trellis, post's and caps and was very impressed with the quality and excellent delivery service. So much so I had no hesitation and was confident the products would meet my expectations. Needless to say I was proved right. Well done Jacksons.

Their installer never got in touch. Brought issue to their attention twice, and never resolved. Had to find our own installer - frustrating since we picked Jackson’s because they could coordinate an installer.

They never followed through except for sending this “rate our services” email.

Issues with construction quality of the closeboard panels and premium trellis. I would not buy these products again.

Easy to deal with, although the payment system when paying over the phone always seems pretty slow and ‘clunky’ for the Jackson’s staff. Nice easy collection and good value shavings which is very much appreciated in this time of rapidly increasing costs. I’ve been using them for years and have a nice local depot which is very handy.

It is always possible to speak to a person, not an answer machine.

We went into the Chester branch where we received really helpful and no pressured help and advice on the project we were thinking of doing. After going away to think about options when it came to ordering it was straightforward and with the delivery date given at the time of ordering being met.

Fence fitted together very well, the panels to the
gravel boards to the posts. Seemed to be very well
impregnated with preservative, not sure whether we needed the screws.
