Happy with our raised bed
Sleepers are great. Built the raised bed without too much trouble. Marked down one mark purely because drill adaptor for the bolts wasn’t included with the kit as it was said it would be so had to go buy one separately.

The planter is OK but the shipping…
The planter is OK but the shipping method was downright dangerous. The kit was almost vertical to keep it within the 'footprint' of one pallet, but this make it tall and really unsteady during unloading. If I hadn't helped the driver, the whole lot would have toppled off the tail-lift.

Good afternoon Steve,
Our raised bed packaging is carefully designed to be safely tail-lifted off by one driver with no help from the customer required.
Thousands are delivered this way in season so I'm unsure where the issue was with your particular delivery but I can only apologise if you felt the driver needed assistance; unless it sustained damage at some point through the courier, it should have been entirely safe to deliver on the day.
