Good advice, fast and efficient.

I bought two OPEN DIAGONAL TRELLIS CORNER ARCH PANEL (70MM GAP)
Price £112.00 and left them in the packaging for a couple of months till the gardeners put the fences up. i opened the box and then painted one side of the first trellis panel in creosote and when I turned it round I found one of the timber trellis strips was split through along its length.
I then started painting the other panel and found that much of the trellis lattice strips were short of the rebated frame around the arc and were flapping. As I’d painted both before I found the issues and it’d been a couple of months since delivery I didn’t go back to the Garden Trellis Company to ask for replacements.
However I received an email today asking for a review so I’ve written one.
All I would say is the panels are not cheap, were built to order and sold as a premium product, so they should at lease check the quality before dispatching. Just bear this in mind before placing an order so you’re not disappointed

Delivery was interesting. Emailed with a delivery date but goods arrived 5 days later with no contact or information.
2 trellis panels had a couple of unsanded slats with splintered wood showing that has now turned black.
I put them up anyway and I’ll sand the black slats down and repaint but at the prices charged I would have expected better quality control.

Exceedingly helpful on the phone on initial contact and thereafter. My request slightly bespoke because I needed panels to be cut, but cut they were and perfectly so. A great product delivered on time as promised. 10/10.

I bought some WPC Diagonal Trellis and metal posts. The product seem to be very good quality as evidenced by the 15year guarantee, and they're not inexpensive!
The only disappointment was that delivery was stated as 4 weeks but I had to phone after 6 weeks for an update, with the goods being delivered the following week.

Excellent service, very good quality products and efficient delivery. My questions were quickly and accurately answered and additional manufacturing instructions were added and included. I bought trellis panels and posts, but was very jealous when I saw the wonderful hardwood doors in the delivery van.

Easy to order, great customer service when double checking the hight of the trellis for the larger sized planter, very efficient in adding the dates we were going to be away on the delivery/order summary sheet, and extremely pleasant too. Delivery with a smile and right on time with regular updates, planters were heavy too, don't know how the gentleman managed to lift them, Popey-like strength! The planters themselves are high quality, the paint finish is superb, and we were given a paint sample tin to touch up if/whenever necessary, but should last years. The colour is exactly what we envisaged (gorse green), all in all: beyond expectation quality through and through. Will definitely buy from the company again in the future. Many thanks!

Really impressed with this company. Having placed an order over the weekend, I needed to add to it on Monday morning and got straight through to speak to very helpful colleague and able easily to amend the order. Email for delivery 2 days later then product arrived as promised early the following morning. Highly recommended.
