We have had two hot tubs from Gardenvity, and if you can go for the newer option with the hydro jets go for it! You really feel like you have had proper hydrotherapy - the jets are so powerful.
The ordering, delivery and installation was professional and very quick. We were informed of our delivery date quickly and received regular updates from Gardenvity.
Superb customer service from start to finish.
All questions/queries were answered swiftly and the company are very easy to get hold of and would respond to us 7 days a week including evenings.
A very personal service and an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The hot tub is our sanctuary and we love it, particularly now the weather is getting colder and we can sit outside under the stars.

Wir waren Anfangs etwas verunsichert wegen dem Unternehmenssitz in Litauen, jedoch wurden wir zum positiven überrascht. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Der Kundenservice durch Frau Vabuole und der Lieferant waren stets sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir sind mit unserem Hot Tub sehr zufrieden, die Erwartungen wurden klar erfüllt. For my purposes this tub has everything I could have wanted, and I looked at many before buying, it really is a fabulously designed bit of kit! 🤗

The stove is so much more efficient and gets to temperature more quickly and with less wood than the one I had before.

Removing the ash is so simple!

The faux leather cover is so much simpler to take on and off, and definitely helps build the heat more quickly. The 2 handles to help take it off are a great design

Having the pump, heater, and air bubble pump all inside the tub frame with that very clever door that they allow the customer the option to choose where it’s placed is just amazing!

The heater unit works as well and as efficiently as the one in our previous tub, ideal for the winter months.

The tap to empty the tub is just perfect, and they’ve added a little sunken bit in the mould to make sure the tub empties completely.

The acrylic mould is so comfortable and perfectly designed, and we love the grey colour we chose.

The steps are perfect, as is the drinks holder.

The last tub we had the timber panels were held together with stainless steel bands but weren’t fixed top and bottom like theirs is to the ideal wood frames they use top and bottom, so the panels on the old one would move down when the weather changed, theirs is fixed and will look great all the time!!

Theirs has 5 pressure points at the bottom, which work so easily on the gabions we have installed it on.

Most importantly their communications both on the sale and the delivery were exceptional!!

Generally speaking I couldn't be happier with the hot tub. I can't wait to spend some time in the tub at every given opportunity.
The only reason that I didn't rate 5 stars was that during installation the team forgot to install 2 black rubber washers and I had a leak. Upon reporting the problem though I got a quick response and was able to correct the mistake easily.
The customer service and communication was excellent, felt like a really personal experience.

Die Lieferung hat sehr gut geklappt, der Fahrer hat mir alle Wünsche erfüllt, er war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich habe nur 2 Wochen und 5 Tage warten müssen. Bezahlt habe ich vorab in einer Summe und den Rabatt mitgenommen. Zuerst war ich misstrauisch, da das Geld auf einem Konto in Litauen ging, das ist aber völlig unbegründet gewesen. Per Email hatte ich öfters Kontakt, auch hier ein super Service, es wird immer zeitnah freundlich geantwortet und sie sind sehr darauf bedacht, allen Kundenwünschen nachzukommen.

Extremely pleased with seamless ordering and delivery process. Their contact was prompt and effective. The hot tub was dropped off quite close to its final destination and it only took 2 of us to move to its final position.

The unit looks the part - especially when lit in the late evening. We have used the tub every other evening so far...to be honest it has sometimes been too hot during the day recently to contemplate a hot tub evening.

Gardenvity are reviewing my only complaint. "Instructions are only available online" No use if you are siting your woodfired hot tub offgrid!

Whole Hot Tub order and delivery process was excellent. The Gardenvity team were all helpful and responsive. Delivery was on time and the unit was very well packed. With some help from some neighbours had the hot tub in place, filled and fired up within the day!

Wir hatten uns schon länger für die Anschaffung eines Badefasses interessiert. Durch Internetrecherche sind wir auf die Firma Gardenvity gestoßen. Die vielen guten Bewertungen haben unsere Kaufentscheidung beeinflusst.
Wir haben ein Badefass für zwei Personen mit Aufstellservice bestellt und mit Vorkasse bezahlt. Der Zahlungseingang und die Übergabe des Auftrags in die Produktion wurden uns bereits am nächsten Tag bestätigt. Die Lieferung erfolgte wie versprochen innerhalb von 5 Wochen mit Spedition. Der Aufbau wurde ordentlich durchgeführt. Es fehlte zwar ein kleines Zubehör, welches aber umgehend per Post nachgeliefert wurde. Das Badefass selbst ist sehr gut verarbeitet.
Der Service von Gardenvity während der gesamten Zeit war sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit Gardenvity klappte hervorragend.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Gardenvity kaufen und bedanken uns für das schöne Badefass, welches unseren Garten zu einer kleinen Wohlfühloase aufwertet.

Ordering anything from another country can make anyone uncertain, but I can not express how easy it was to get in contact with Gardenvity! We chatted constantly via WhatsApp chats, shared photos of where I would like my wood-fueled hot tub to go and they provided regular, unprompted updates around delivery times and provided recommendations for hot tub maintenance (with links!)

My hot tub itself is absolutely gorgeous, well made, durable, and I received exactly what I ordered. Definitely recommend paying the extra to have them install and set up the hot tub!

I am so pleased with the quality of the product, the service and communications, my mum actually ordered one for herself from the same company!

Die erste Recherche zu gardenvity hat mich etwas misstrauisch gemacht. Ich habe die Firmenadresse bei Google Streetview eingetragen. Das was man dort sieht wirkt erstmal nicht vertrauenswürdig. Die Tatsache das man auf Rechnung bestellen kann, hat mich dann doch dazu bewegt einen Hot Tube zu bestellen. Leider war dann doch nur Vorkasse möglich, was mein Misstrauen weiter bestätigt hat. Die Lösung war, eine Anzahlung über Paypal, was mir als Käufer wieder eine gewisse Sicherheit gibt. Hier könnte sollte man Paypal fest als Zahlungsmöglichkeit angeben. Zum Produkt: absolut zufrieden tolle Qualität ordentlich verarbeitet und alles funktioniert. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit Preis & Leistung. Die Kommunikation war schnell und professionell! Die Logistik ebenfalls!

Die Bestellung wurde zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Die Spedition kam pünktlich und ging sehr sorgsam mit der Lieferung um. Alles war dabei ohne Transportschaden. Dir Beratung im Vorfeld nahm uns die Angst von soweit weg eine solch große Bestellung zu tätigen. Der Hot-Tube ist einfach Spitze. Weiter so.

We cannot fault our new premium acrylic hot tub. We chose the all inclusive package. The options they offer were far better than other companies for similar money.. We opted for the additional insulation and UV-C purification. Tub heats up quickly, great stove. It retains temperature really well so that if we use it in the evening, in the morning it will only take 30/40 minutes to get upto temperature. The hydro jets, seats and LED lights are excellent as is the insulated cover. Just really impressed, better than expected. Using it 4/5 times a week. Delivery was well communicated and on time. We ended up ordering the chimney extension which improved the smoke lifting up out the garden.

The guy who delivered could not of been more helpful, amazing hot tub and even better service.

Wirklich makelloser Badezuber. Stets freundlicher Kontakt zum Verkäufer. Alle Fragen wurden im Vorfeld rasch beantwortet. Das Badefass kam recht rasch nach Bestellung und wurde professionell und sicher verpackt an die Bordsteinkante angeliefert. Alles geliefert wie bestellt. Mit guter Vorbereitung war dann auch recht rasch alles aufgebaut und angeschlossen und eine. Tag später stand der Abkühlung bei 38 Grad Hitze nichts im Wege. Also befeuern müssen wir ihn derzeit noch nicht.
