Wir sind voll und ganz mit diesem Produkt zufrieden.Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben einen Hot Tube mit Aufbau bestellt und erhalten. Top Quailität, Liefertermin wurde avisiert, pünktlich gebracht und aufgebaut. Wir hatten Probleme mit den Luftdüsen, haben dieses Problem gemeldet und sind überaus freundlich und kompetent unterstützt worden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ab der Bestellung bis hin noch nach der Lieferung, wurden wir die ganze Zeit über mit einer sehr freundlichen und informativen Kontaktführung betreut.
Das ist leider heutzutage eher nicht mehr üblich.
Auch wir handhaben es genauso in unserer Firma gegenüber unseren Kunden. Und auch wir freuen uns über unsere glücklichen Kunden.
Von daher ist es für uns ebenso ein tolles Gefühl,

We spent a lot of time researching for the right hot tub and we’re so glad we chose Gardenvity. The transaction went very smoothly, Lina was very helpful with answering questions. When the tub was delivered, it was bang on schedule, the driver had a bit of a struggle getting it on to the decking but he did it and set it all up and we’re so happy with it. The tub is beautiful and really enhances the garden. It took a couple of hours to heat up but when it did, the water kept its heat for at least an hour after the last log had burnt out. Thank you Gardenvity, we’re going to have many days of hot tubbing and cocktails 🍹!

I cannot recommend Gardenvity highly enough. We spent ages researching different hot tubs and eventually settled on a wood-burning one for our garden (better for the planet, nicer looking and more romantic!). We are thrilled with it. Firstly the product - beautifully finished, high quality, easy to use. Secondly the delivery - friendly and efficient, all set up for us. But thirdly and most importantly the service - Gardenvity are one of those rare businesses with exceptional client service, totally focused on their customers and wanting to make it all perfect. Here’s an example. We mentioned when having the demo that it would be really useful to have a handrail to help an older member of the family. They said they didn’t have that but would look into it. When the hot tub came it came with a sturdy, brand-new bespoke designed stainless steel handrail for us to add if we wanted. If you are looking for a hot tub, skip the stress and buy from them!

Stand out customer service and delivery. Gardenivity were flexible over delivery to fit when it suited us, and kept us informed of progress.
The delivery driver was super, even after a long trip he was polite, cheerful, very competent and keen to share as much information as he could while installing our hot tub. I can’t praise him enough, just incredible service.

I can't praise Gardenvity highly enough. From the ease of placing the order to delivery and installation, the whole process was simple and the delivery team were excellent in explaining how everything worked. The tub itself is fantastic and is already getting a lot of use, even in October.

Very professional company from start to order through to delivery and aftercare. I was regularly updated re delivery schedule and this was adhered to. Based in Lithuania they have very competent English speakers so communication is simple and effective. Very good quality product. I would definitely recommend to others.

Just Wow! Highly recommend company and tub. They were so helpful right from the start from answering my questions while doing my research on tubs to answering our video chat at 7pm on a set up query! Communication and delivery is outstanding. It comes very well packaged. It is very well built (we chose the one with jets and leds) and the smell of the wood is lovely. It looks amazing. Who needs to go on holiday! Thank you

Wir sind überaus Begeistert von unserem Badefass. 3 Wochen nach Bestellung kam die Ware pünktlich bei uns zu Hause an. Der Aufbau war kein Problem, da wir vorher schon die Anleitung und wichtige Tips per Mail erhalten haben. Die Qualität ist top, sauber verarbeitet und sehr schick anzusehen. Schon am nächsten Tag konnte angebadet werden. Also rund um zufrieden.
