My plants arrived on time and were healthy.
Outer package was damaged but due to inner protection all was fine. Products were not a bargain, but they could supply what I was struggling to find.

Easy to put together....
I'd ordered the Ascalon Blaisdon Arbour, ordering on website was straight forward no probs. Email communication good. Delivery was via FedEx, text/email updates from them were good and left the package where I'd asked.
The Arbour was well packaged in a sturdy box and plenty of bubble wrap, came with 2 spanners. I am a 60 year old woman and was quite capable of putting the arbour together myself.
I am very happy with my purchase and would purchase from this company again.
