Very quick delivery and items in good condition and were good value

I have been buying products from Bloom Siren since her business started. That speaks volumes when you're a returning customer. The range of plant care products / brands at your fingertips is what drew me in. Where else can you buy Soil Ninja, Nurture System etc in one place and only pay one lot of postage?! Bloom Siren dispatches super quickly and I've had parcels arrive the next day after ordering. Packaged very well. No casualties with boxes arriving. Customer service is second to none. Bloom Siren cannot do enough for you. Bloom Siren also has a Tik Tok shop. I have learnt a lot from joining the lives on there and love the planty, fun, chit chat.
Will continue to support Bloom Siren and highly recommend.

I have been buying all of my plant supplies from bloom siren for a good few months now. I found her website through her tiktok where she shares useful tips and you can ask her questions live and also request new products you would like her to stock. You really don't need to go anywhere else for anything you need for your plants. Delivery is always super quick and her packing is perfect and planet friendly. Bloom sirens customer service is really hard to beat. Any problems are handled professionally and quickly. It's also lovely to know I'm supporting a small business.

I've been a plant owner for a little over six months now and I actually didn't have any plant care products and that is because shopping multiple platforms was overwhelming and so when I found Bloom last Christmas, I got a instant relief. One, she's a small business so her customer service feels so personalised, second i prefer to support a small business rather a large company and third, she stocks majority of plant care products and she's always expanding her stock which a lot of other places won't do that. She is my number one shop place, her delivery is impeccable and her lives are hilarious amazing. I love her sense of humour and I genuinely love that her lives isn't all about her business, she also makes her content personable, fun to be at, talks to you and just have a chill time, very different from other tiktok lives where they disincourage talking outside selling their products. Blooms work ethic is inspiring. I can see she tries her utmost hardest with her business to bring out the best service, best products at the best affordable prices and quick dispatch. So if you are wondering whether to shop at Blooms for your plant care products, don't hesitate, you won't regret it!
