they are very reliable and fulfil orders on time and correctly. the birds love their feeds. not had any complaints at all abt quality or anything else. good prices and a very good range of items.

I have used this company for many years and been pleased with the service and quality of goods but why are the coconut halves always out of stock?,i use them alot and the birds love them but there is only one selection available the others are out of stock and this has happened for months now,i don't want to but i may have to look elsewhere for them.

After years of great service our latest delivery was dumped in a neighbour drive. When I bought this up with Garden Wildlife their response is ‘our delivery drivers are permitted to leave deliveries with neighbours!’ Shocking to say the least, without your authority Garden Wildlife can leave your delivery whoever they like. BE VARY CAREFUL! Anyone could get your delivery….

Ordered some products, they arrived, Some damaged as the packing was insufficient for fragile suet logs, Promised a refund by the store for the items damaged. A nice email saying how sorry they were, blah blah blah. I ordered more from them as I thought this was good customer service. Checked the status of the refund and it has NOT been made. I will not order Any further products from these in future. I will not deal with a company that Lies to a customer

I wrote to them after purchasing a product which, in my view, is not fit for purpose (a Tom Chambers Squirrel Snack Box) as within weeks of putting it out it has been literally decimated by the squirrels. I have photos and an email exchange with the manufacturer, but rather than ask for any of this to help inform their response or make the customer feel as they they had, at the very least been heard, the responded with "We have sold a huge amount of these feeders without this issue arising". Very poor and shows a total lack of care. No more custom from me.

Prices change like the weather! Ordered some seed mixes which I'd had in my basket at 5am which were "on offer" the night before. Didn't check the price at the time but I was charged full price not the offer price. Then at 7am they were on offer again with express delivery. What a rip off.... Won't be using them again.

Usual good service thank you. Quick delivery (although delivery driver left at the wrong address, but luckily easily rectified). Good quality calci worms unlike other stockists who usually deliver mostly crumbs....
