Have used this company for a number of years and find them very efficient with very good prices.

Unfortunately the driver broke down and was several hours late we made an order of £87 consisting peanuts sunflower hearts and fatballs. A lot of the fat balls were in poor condition. Always having received orders usually in good condition and spending a fair amount with Company we were to say the least disappointed this time.

I bought Robin and Blackbird no grow no mess bird seeds the third time 2-3 weeks ago.

This time is a nightmare because small birds kept throwing the majority of bird seeds to the ground, the pigeons would not eat them either.

I noticed the hard corn bits and huge numbers of tiny seeds were among those abandoned by small birds like coal tits and sparrows, and big birds like pigeons.

A big disappointment, would need to buy bird seeds from another provider from now on. A complete waste of money spent for over £55 paid.

I ordered on Sunday afternoon, selected the free delivery which was 2-3 working days, and I received the bird food by 12.30 today, next day, all packaged securely, cannot fault them

Next day delivery, well packed, I get the 5 x 2.5kg packs as I’m not strong enough to handle the 12.5kg packs, an altogether excellent service. Most importantly, the birds love it, highly recommend.

I purchased 2 x 12.5kg packs of Original Wild Bird Seed Mix, my wild birds, predominately sparrows, tits and blackbirds are rejecting the seed. It's just being discarded from the feeders to the ground, even the feral pigeons are refusing to eat it. What a waste of my money
