Ordered another "load" of bird food on Thursday, and due for delivery today (Friday) only to be informed by DPD " sorry we missed you" I rang Garden Wildlife and spoke to Keith, and explained we were in (and actually saw the van drive past) he was very friendly and said he "would sort it" and true to his word he did, it was sorted and delivered this afternoon (Friday PM) Thank you Keith, what a shame the delivery companies are not as efficient.

So easy to place an order. Very quickly delivery,well packed & kept updated on the progress of the delivery. Excellent quality of all the products I ordered & very competitive price. Nothing wrong with service, however there is a glaring caveat. The feeders that are designated, 'Starling Proof' absolutely are Not starling proof. The Adult starlings had no problem getting at and devouring the mealworms and suet pellets from both respective types of feeders, in fact one adult starling actually got inside the cage surrounding the suet feeder.
Garden Wildlife Direct gave me free return collection and full refund.

Having chosen the calci worms at a really really reasonable price I was absolutely delighted to receive the huge box within 24 hours, how brilliant is that?Our garden birds are flapping their wings with delight at the prospect of devouring them. The birds are still eating all the food I've ordered from you now, as they also have in the past. They even come in as families after the young have hatched & when they can fly. Different species have come & gone over time.
