Top quality products, excellent prices, top notch customer service
I bought the 3 port Guardian seed feeder that is squirrel proof. The quality is so good and, importantly, it is very easy to clean. The prices at Gardening Wildlife are very reasonable with no loss to quality of products. I already have a full basket for my next purchase! The customer service is second to none - I had some technical queries about a feeder that I want to buy. The company fully deserves their excellent rating.

The garden birds can't get enough of the premium suet pellets. Always well-packaged & delivered promptly.

This product was not as advertised
This product was not as advertised. It is a long way from being ‘no waste’.
There was more on the floor than in the feeder. A complete waste of money. Now I’m stuck with it .
I will surprised if my review is published as companies do not like negative comments.

Hello, thank you for your review. Our no waste mixes contain no husks, this means that the birds can eat of the seed. Discarded seed is normally eaten by ground feeding birds. We offer wheat free mixes if you have less ground feeders and mostly smaller birds, we're always happy to advise on our seed mixes. Kind Regards, Garden Wildlife Direct

Now have so many birds in my garden …
Now have so many birds in my garden the suet pellets are a great hit. Everything I have bought has been eaten with nothing left behind. The birds wait at four o clock for me to feed them

Bought two 20kg sacks of wild bird food…
Bought two 20kg sacks of wild bird food and received about 40kg of wheat and barley which the birds won’t touch, response when complained was can we suggest a more expensive mix next time!

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear this. We offer a huge range of bird seed - some of our value end mixes do include a higher percentage of wheat and barley. Certain birds can be fussy and some birds such as ground feeders do prefer wheat heavy mixes. We're always available to give advice on our bird seed via email and phone, and we're happy to recommend seed mixes depending on what birds you have in your garden and want to attract. I have been using Garden Wildlife Direct for some time now. Their products have always been of good quality and their premium fatballs are the only ones my birds will eat, (who knew birds could be so picky)! The service was always rather slow with my orders taking about 2 weeks to arrive, but my last 3 orders came in less than a week, super. Keep up the good work.

The Garden Wildlife Direct is a great company , excellent products the birds love them . I have been using them for some time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else . The only disappointment was my last delivery DPD were dreadful we were home but they didn’t bother to ring our buszzer and they left our parcel out side a communal door and in front of the door which meant it couldn’t be opened as the weight of the parcel was very heavy . That is my only criticism and this is not the fault of the company I ordered from just the delivery company . I have made them aware of the problem
