I've been part of GMC for just over a year and it has completely transformed my life and me. My training is better than it has ever been and I am feeling the benefits from it. Coaches have so much knowledge to share and all staff are brilliant.

Really fantastic organisation
Really fantastic organisation. My life has changed completely from the miserable state it had been in (for many years) into taking control and now able to enjoy life and help the people around me more. Keegan is a great hirer, and all his team are just first class. I thoroughly recommend the GMC program to you, regardless of whether you are gay or straight. Do it today!

If you’re ready to change your life GMC will help.
The best decision of my life was to partner with GMC. They’ve helped me focus my energy on taking care of my health first. This is not a cookie cutter operation, plans are formed based on the individual and their goals. The coaching staff is amazing and bring a lot of experience. The community created here is like nothing you’ve experienced before. Constant communication and great feedback. You won’t be disappointed with GMC - it will change your life!

GMC is life changing
It's not an exaggeration to say that GMC has changed my life for the better in every way; it is so much more than just physical fitness, encompassing mindset, community and a sense of shared purpose. I continue to be challenged physically and mentally, and the team are passionate, supportive and dedicated. Joining GMC was, without doubt, the best decision I have ever made.

Great way to lose weight and feel better about yourself
I’ve been training with GMC for three months. Keegan and the team are excellent providing loads of online resources, updating workouts through their app, monitoring calorie intake but also checking in on the mental health side of things as well.
I’m loosing weight, feeling healthier, fitter and have much more energy. This is so much more than having a personal trainer. I cannot recommend GMC enough
