I had problems updating my snooper xl plus with both the snooper speed cameras and speed limiter downloads. After contacting Snooper Customer Services they quickly unlocked all downloads on my snooper and thereafter all downloaded perfectly.

Manoj is a very polite and helpful man.

I bought a Snooper Ventura sat nav caravan club edition and after the caravan club dropped the Snooper sat nav I couldn’t update the new caravan club sites. As you can use directions from coordinates I decided to give it a try and failed so gave Snooper a call for help. Bhairav Mane on the help desk was only to happy to help, I found him friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, clear and concise with info. It goes without saying I can now use coordinates for directions. Thank you Bhairav.

Bought a Zero 3 - speed camera. Tried to do update. Told it’s too old and no longer supported. Despite registration no warning sent or suggestions/discount offers on a new model. Poor marketing department. Avoid their products is my best advice

What a great experience today when I purchased Sat Nav from Snooper, Manoj was very polite and helpful, he is a credit to your company ,he gave me a great deal and I'm very happy .The Sat Nat is a gift to my wife and hopefully she'll be happy with it .I will definitely use Snooper again .

Very helpful and sent label to return my Truckmaster which appears to have charging problems.
Sadly it will take approx 2 weeks before i get it back.
Had this problem when under warranty last year. So have to now use my old Snooper which is not up to date. Fastened on the bracket with a sturdy rubber band as the bracket which broke is no longer available - hence buying the replacement Truckmate

My old S7000 of 15 years now u/s. I compared the price of a new S6900 with Amazon, there being a £100.00 difference in price. I called Snooper, spoke to Manoj who kindly matched the Amazon price. I immediately purchased the new device. Over the last 15 years Snooper support has been excellent.

The service is good but the snooper is poor. Little or no flexibility when it comes to warnings, cannot report mobile speed cameras, etc. Would have been good 10 years ago but now quite old fashioned and unsophisticated

I’ve just brought the Snooper MYSPEEDPLUS-PLUS
It looks great & I’ve mainly brought it for speed zones but the camera is a plus.
I’ve had reservations about have I brought the right product, should I wait for the new product with this company the Road Angel .. I sent Alex various emails asking questions about my concern, should I just buy the no camera model etc .. He’s emailed me back through out the day & asked me to call & go through all my queries. So professional & helpful thanks Alex 🤝..
I’ve decided to keep my Snooper MYSPEEDPLUS AS ITS HERE & I don’t really want to pay the subscriptions on the new RoadAngel but it does look amazing for a similar price. So for me customer service excellent. Loving the screen & being able to usb charge it at home too . I’ve 2 fittings so can swap to each car, great bag to keep it safe , clear graphics..

Just spoke to Manoj, very helpful and informative.

Needed a hardwire kit for a dashcam, spoke with Manoj who was able to advise on correct item required, delivered next day, sorted very quickly.

Quick email response from Manoj. Really helpful on resolving the problem of my truckman S6900.

Bhairav Mane regarding this problem he was so helpful and asked me to send it for repair, it came back all sorted and working fine now ! What a great service

Na een lange speurtocht (in Snooper land) zijn we uiteindelijk terecht gekomen bij Snooper in Engeland. Via de chat kwamen we in contact met Alex Mangli. Hij heeft ons uitstekend geholpen en nu is het wachten op het bestelde onderdeel (Magnetic Mount). We hopen komende vakantie weer met een goed werkende Snooper op pad te gaan.

Very patient, knowledgeable and professional help from Alex Mangli at Snooper dealing with the issue I was experiencing. Highly recommended.

The call was handled by Manoj who was very competent and knew exactly what he was doing.

Snooper Ventura device stopped working after updating maps. Phone line to technical support answered with a minimal wait. Technical support operators Manoj & Mane gave clear advice over the phone and explained options to resolve step by step, starting with most cost effective solution. Problem was resolved with purchase of a new SD and speed camera update without having to return the unit. Prompt delivery of new SD so only one day without our sat-nav.
