Poor experience opening a savings account
Sorry to report as someone who has opened multiple savings accounts within a matter of minutes regularly over the years, IT literate, not afraid to switch to get the best rates, opening a GB savings account has been a real pain today. Attempted to upload further ID documents they requested three times to error messages. In this day and age - should not be happening. I won't be wasting more time printing multiple documents off and posting them instead. Has now put me off as an indication of their efficiency generally?
