My heart sinks every time I have to call a bank. Normally it's a half hour wait with piped music. So I was delighted that my call was answered within a few rings.

Exactly what any banking experience should be like
They answered the phone within 3 rings!! The lady was extremely helpful; answered my query; suggested different options that would suit me and walked me through the process. Dealing with GB Bank could not have been easier each time I have contacted them, so I am very happy to recommend them.
