Great and easy service. Friendly and helpful staff

Really helpful and received good advice regarding the rental. Easy to find and access the storage facility. Kept informed throughout the whole rental and all the paperwork was easy to understand. Corinna was fantastic throughout. Would use them again

I had my things in storage for almost 2 years with GB liners and it was the best experience I have had with a storage unit.

The best aspect of the experience was the helpful staff there, especially Corinna, they understand that it is more than just storing your belongings in a room and there is alot more complexity and emotion to it. I had all of my enquiries helped and was fully supported.

If I needed storage in Brighton again I wouldn't hesitate to use them, it is a central location, you can park and the building felt safe and not creepy.

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful , always sble to answer questions and very pleasant. We were sent helpful reminders and when it came to take our furniture out of storage, there were plenty of available teolleys etc for our use.

Corinna who sits at the desk as you walk in is lovely and always very friendly and efficient when asked any questions you have about storage or payments. I have found GB liners to be very reasonably priced and easy to access for my storage needs and better than big yellow who i have used twice previously. I definitely recommend the central location and good customer service, as well as the reasonable price.

Clean and secure storage at reasonable rates. Mike and Corinna are the team there. They are lovely and so very helpful at all times. Great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Really easy to set up, Leigh in the Leeds branch was really helpful when we attended the storage unit and answered all our questions. It would be 5* but I would love to see longer opening hours or a Sunday opening. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday and it’s hard to get to the storage unit through the week during the current times.

It was easy to arrange a storage space fast. They are inside Brighton so without having a car this is very convenient. They also often seem to have deals and discounts. There contracts are flexible. They cater to the needs of customers and the spaces themselves are nice,clean temperature controlled should you need to store a musical instrument. Staff is also friendly and chatty. Recommended

I hired a 35 sq ft unit at GB Liners Self Storage during our kitchen refurbishment, and it was exactly what we needed. The price was very reasonable, the space was clean and secure, and access was straightforward. Michala was great throughout — friendly, efficient, and made the whole short‑term hire process really easy. Highly recommended.

Mike at the Brighton branch was always on hand to answer any questions and was always friendly and happy to help. The units were clean and well maintained with a lift and working trolleys to move stuff around. Corinna was also very efficient with all the paperwork behind the scenes. Would highly recommend.
