I rented a unit from GBL's Altrincham branch.

It was an unfamiliar process to me and I had considerable and thoughtful assistance from Joanne.

I was obliged to shorten my self-storage tenure and again received quite exemplary service.

Five stars is insufficient ......

Was at GB Liners for two years, Corinna and Mike were so great the whole time. I was in quite a lot and they were always so helpful and friendly. I had to upgrade quite a few times and they always made it so easy for me. Will feel strange not seeing them each week!

I have had a unit from GB liners for many years and have found the team to be extremely helpful and professional and would recommend them without hesitation!
If your looking for a unit for short or long term this is the place to go!

A very professional service with friendly and empathetic staff who understood us, we always enjoyed visiting the storage unit as a family. The units are a good size in contrast to others in the local area - you get plenty of space in each unit. Another bonus is the ease of use, units are easy to navigate and access via a lift. Better than cheaper alternatives ...

The online registration was quick and easy, staff were incredibly helpful with the move in and all round friendly faces.
Access to the unit is simple and staff are always friendly and helpful when I’m there.

Rob H , Mike and Chris from the Leeds branch were helpful and very polite. Respectful of property and new home. Hard working. All the support staff in the Leeds office such as Leigh and Michala could not be more helpful as well.

Corrina was absolutely fantastic with every aspect of the service. We where struggling to build a New dental Surgery in the Laines in brighton and when we realised the where around the corner, It was a no brainer. Clean, Great access and value for money. Communication was superb and assistance available at the drop of a hat. Thank you Corrina and the team for a quality service throughout.

I hired a 50sq ft unit to help with a house move. I only needed it for a couple of months and was pleased to find out GB did the first 10weeks for half price which was ideal.
Access to the unit is great and there are trolleys to allow the easy movement of bulky items. The staff were friendly and always on hand to answer queries and the whole process was smooth and easy. Will definitely use GBliners again for my future storage requirements.

Really happy with our service from GB Liners, in particular Joanne. She answered all my questions and showed us where we needed to go etc. Price was excellent too as we only needed it for a month whilst we had repairs at home. We would definitely use them again if we needed storage.

Great service from the Cirencester branch, helpful in choosing the right size unit for my needs and no problems during the months of storage.

Really good service - friendly, helpful, made the whole process very easy. The Brighton branch is in a great location, very convenient, clean, well-lit, safe-feeling facility, easy to access, reasonable rates. Everything you’d want from a self-store, done extremely well, with a friendly personal touch, especially from Corinna who was brilliant at communicating and making sure everything went smoothly.

Easy to speak to. Clear information provided and good communication. Containers and yard seems well run.
Only real improvement is the opening hours. Only open half day on Saturday until 12'o/c and not on Sundays. Means that if you want to do large amount of moving of equipment then have to do it mid week and take time off work, which is not ideal

The crew (Rob H, Terry, Shaun and Paul) were prompt, helpful, courteous and never stopped working. They were also careful with my belongings and were very good at avoiding damage to the interior decor of my new home.

They were very accommodating with my length of stay. Very helpful and always replied promptly to my emails. I will definitely recommend them and I will keep them in mind for next time I need storage space.

Saved us at the last minute. We had originally made a booking for storage at a different location but on arrival the storage wasn’t suitable for our needs. Got in touch with GB Liners and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. Very grateful as we had just driven down from Manchester with a van load. Friendly and professional staff. Easy to access and park, would definitely use again!
