No leads or cables for connection. Just empty monitors with electricity cables. Disappointing having to wait another week for the cables to come as this is ordered separately apparently.

Fast delivery, ordererd them on a Sunday and received them the Thursday needed them for a performance on the Friday and Saturday, no other site could guarantee delivery the week I wanted them, good vocal sound from the microphones

Terrible communication between me the customer and gear4music. Bought a brand new keyboard Korg nautilus over two grand spent and it’s not working properly and nobody has taken the matter seriously enough.

Of course I know that buying something in clearance would mean that it would come with its flaws and I was completely fine with that. However, I was hoping for better quality. Upon tuning the violin, and not overly forceful, two of the four strings snapped, the bow arrived bent and the wooden part to hold up the strings completely shattered after one use.

Pricing is good, and so is prompt dispatchment and delivery.

My recent purchases off G4M have been brilliant, I bought a TC electronics honey pot fuzz pedal which is an outstanding pedal, real big muff vibes from it. I also bought the GA-100 ss amp head and after tweaking the settings it sounds absolutely brilliant both with pedals and without. Really good cleans and the drive channel is perfect for what I play. For the price you can’t go wrong. Not a gear snob here 😂

G4M uses a 'budget' shipping company, Ascendia, that have a consistently bad record. Just search it up to see the overwhelming amount of 1-star reviews.
I am now waiting 2+ weeks for a delivery from Germany to Ireland. During this time I have had successful deliveries from the US and China, both of which had to pass through customs.
Customer service claim that Ascendia have a stated 5 - 15 working days delivery schedule, which was not made clear at the point of ordering. Ascendia do not respond to support queries, or at least not withing 5 days.
I can't in good faith recommend them, and will not be shopping. here again.
