This company lies and infringes your consumer rights.
I ordered a vertical steam cleaner (model number GGS25033) from this company through eBay, the description was very detailed about the steam cleaner and there was 8 photographs of the steam cleaner.
It took longer to ship than they said it would and I actually received a popcorn maker to my surprise.
I contacted them via eBay the same day and Arif Ahmed Sultan in the Customer Services department replied say that I needed to return the popcorn maker and they would replace it with the correct item.
So I went out of my way to drop the popcorn maker back at Evri (their chosen courier) and I followed their instructions and replied back with the tracking number.
They then went back on their word about replacing the item I ordered, in an email from Arjun from Customer Services they then said that wouldn't supply me with the steam cleaner and they would issue me a refund, which I explained I didn't want, and it went against my wishes and instructions and the agreement and contract that I had with this company.
Arjun tried to claim that I ordered a popcorn maker and because the description said it was a popcorn maker (which it didn't and still doesn't on the listing) they said that there had been a technical error at their end and the wrong photographs have been loaded.
I replied back pointing out to them that both the photographs and the description plus the type and model number it was listed under on eBay was as a steam cleaner and I wanted them to send the correct item that I ordered.
As the item had been shipped and they had acknowledged my order so under the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015 a legally binding contract is formed, so once accepted, a company cannot unilaterally cancel the contract just because they made a mistake in the image or description. Once the order is processed and dispatched, the contract is locked in. The seller is bound by the terms, photos, and descriptions provided at the point of sale.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the "goods must match the description", items supplied by a trader must match the description, photos, or models shown to the consumer. If the item arrives and is different, the seller has breached the contract. So they have broken the consumer law by refunding me and not supplying the good that they have in stock and they have infringed on my consumer rights.
In short my message to other people which deal with this company is do you want to deal with a company which blatantly lies about what they're going to do and then infringes your rights...

Geepas 30 litre mini oven internal dimensions
Contacted customer support to ask for the internal dimensions of their 30 litre mini oven. The dimensions they gave meant it was deep enough inside for me. Unfortunately after ordering and receiving the delivery, it was not as deep as they said. But on contacting about return and refund GEEPAS have been great, they agreed a full refund and they paid for return postage. Just waiting for the money to go back into my account.

DISAPPOINTED-NO SHOW DELIVERY
Order should have been delivered by next day delivery method 18/19th, and should have been received 5 days ago, but no show so far! Have been unable to track delivery due to no tracking number been made available!!

Damaged by their own sticker
Damaged by their own sticker — and no response
I recently purchased a stainless-steel toaster from Geepas and was extremely disappointed to find that the sticker they had applied directly to the top was incredibly difficult to remove.
Despite being careful, removing the sticker and adhesive left noticeable scratches and marks on a brand-new stainless-steel toaster. I really don’t understand why such a strong adhesive is being used on a surface that can so easily be damaged.
I contacted Geepas, included photos showing the damage, and never even received a reply.
Very disappointing quality control and even worse customer service. I certainly wouldn’t purchase from Geepas again.

Folding drier/airer with wings
Fast delivery on drier/airer. Arrived in great condition, substantial cardboard wrapping. No instructions but added to the fun putting it up for the first time. Loads of room for clothes to hang and dry. Impressed overall.

Mini oven customer support…
We are looking to buy a tabletop mini oven that has inside walls made of stainless steel and an internal cavity depth of more than 34 cm. I messaged customer support and answered the following day.
Initially I gave customer support 5 stars as they were so prompt and helpful. Unfortunately, I have changed this to 1 star as after buying and having the oven delivered, the dimensions are not what the customer support told me. In fact the internal depth is 27 cm, nowhere near 37 cm quoted in their email to me. I am now beginning the return and refund process.

Don't believe next day delivery it's a lie, ordered 5 days later did not turn up, contacted them they said will send another out or refund, so I said I still want one but could live to regret it, unfortunately they say next day delivery but don't so I have to wait another 4 days to see if this one is delivered, if they cared about their customers they should of sent the second one next day delivery, I should have bought elsewhere
