Very clear and open communication. There were some delays in shipment, but I was informed proactively with clear expectations. The woolen vest is beautiful and exactly as advertised.

Generelt tilfreds. Men det trækker ned når gebyr- og leveringsprisen er så høj.

Best customer experience
My order was shipped on the same day… which is amazing, with the cutest “art of gifting” + customized card. The recipient received it few days later in France.
I highly recommend this website and the products bought.
