We recently booked our upcoming trips to Australia and Thailand through Gemma, and even before we’ve gone, we’ve been incredibly impressed with the service.

Gemma crafted and coordinated an absolutely outstanding travel experience for our NGO team during our time in Kenya. We have booked several holidays with Gemma of all different varieties including Iceland, Kenya, Mauritius, Maldives, Mexico and Antigua. Gemma is always very responsive, gives us options to choose from and is great at tailoring our trips to our needs. She will provide honest expert advice to ensure we are getting the best option we can. She also has provided lovely extra touches and makes sure we are happy when we are there.

Gemma has been amazing , we had booked to go to Dubai and due to circumstances our flights got cancelled , Gemma was on hold to the travel company for many hours and has made it her best interest to get us all sorted out and get another holiday booked at such short notice. She is such an amazing person and we couldn’t be happier!

Gemma did an unbelievable job with our holiday and in such a tight time frame too. We gave her a budget, a few need-to-have’s, a few nice-to-have’s and a few non-negotiables and she came back with a raft of options that ticked all the boxes.
