Read the review for my explication but I highly recommend generous ape!
At first I was worried because of the delays with Royal Mail. The parcel kept showing as “sender has let us know it’s on its way to us” and it stayed like that for a week. The company were quick to reply to my queries and done what they could to track my parcel. The very next day Royal Mail changed status and within 24-48 hours it had arrived safe and well packaged. Generous ape were very helpful, always quick to answer my queries and reassure me they would do what they could to help. Turns out it arrived in plenty time for Christmas and I’m over the moon! I love that they do what they can to help the environment just by me making a purchase with them. Highly recommend and very satisfied customer even with Royal Mail delays.

Great products
Great products, great service. Packaging all full compostable. The items were gifts so in addition to a lovely product, the recipient also gets 2 trees planted. I will definitely being using this company again.
