Service has been average so far
Service has been average so far in as much what was delivered was what was ordered, however I signed up for marketing on the site as I was offered 20% off my first order. The discount wasn’t applied.
Returns process is clunky, I have waited 4 days for a return email from the returns department that should have contained a returns label attached only to find that the attachment was missing

After finding that the Generous Ape stocked the shoes I'd been looking for, I had a few questions regarding them and rang the provided phone number from the website. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the product and answered all my queries and it was just an exceptional experience as they were incredibly nice.
I went on to order the shoes off of the back of their excellent customer service and I was delighted that they arrived within 2 days up to the Scottish Highlands.
Absolutely 5 * quality products from a 5* quality company!
