I ordered some very expensive socks last week for delivery before xmas. Not arrived and no updates. I have emailed the company for an update and nothing as yet.
I am sure the goods will be great when they arrive but the service has not been good at all

Really impressed with super-fast, helpful, kind and polite customer service.

It was unfortunate there was a tech issue on the website, syncing stock, that allowed me to purchase to an out-of-stock item, and Kitty emailed me immediately to apologise and explain, refunded immediately, and provided a code for a future discount.

On receiving the other items, I realised they all come from different warehouses, so there were 3 parcels not 1, from different couriers, some were in great recycled and recyclable packaging, one was in plastic.

The items themselves were great, I was new to these brands, and appreciated they were all ethically made and vegan.

- My first vegan non-toxic nail polish by Nail-Kind is AMAZING.
- The tracksuit bottoms, organic cotton died with olive leaves, by To Be Frank, are the most comfortable things ever, and such a nice creamy colour, go with everything.
- The trainers from Rationa.L are a beautiful colour and style, however the shape was hurting my foot shape. I found the non-toxic PU a little too plasticky feeling, so will be looking for a pair that is some other vegan leather instead, like apple, corn or mushroom leather.

I used the short returns form online, Kitty quickly provided me with the returns process and address, and I am awaiting the refund once the item is received back. Kitty has been so kind and quickly helpful.

The article was delivered quickly but was the wrong size, however that may have been my mistake, the return form and procedure were simple and easy to complete.

The cork festive mats are lovely, just right for a non-bling Christmas! And delivery was swift.

Really like the concept of this website and the ethical brands available are great - I really love all the products I ordered. My only concern is that these came in three separate packages and deliveries rather than altogether (and were overpackaged considering how small they were) - this seemed a little out of kilter with the green ethos.

I ordered the Christmas crackers because I wanted to buy crackers that weren’t full of bits of useless and polluting plastic.
Obviously, we haven’t used them yet, but they arrived packed in just cardboard and paper.
I am thrilled with their appearance and will definitely use this website again.

Ordering process was straightforward.

My only concern was the use of Hermes as courier, but all went smoothly.

Although the table mats I ordered are fabulous I was extremely upset that the 20% off offered to me in an email was not honoured. Apparently it was only an October offer and had been still on the website in error - not my mistake but the company’s. A code for 20% off to use in the future has been offered but with no date attached. I hope it is in perpetuity
