Having been inundated with genie videos on tik tok I thought I’d finally give it a go. I’ve been looking for something to finally get rid of the little, baked on grease splatters in my ninja oven after having tried everything! I was so excited because I love my ninja products to be sparkling. However I sprayed it on, so excited to see the final result. I left it on over night and all it has managed to do is dull the shine inside my ninja oven and now it looks so unbelievably ruined I’m actually thinking about throwing it away. Having paid £12 in the first instance which I wasn’t happy about it has now ruined my beautiful oven!! I actually don’t care how many ppl have bought ur products and have been happy with them. I for one am so unbelievably mad that I now have a £300 ninja oven that not only does it still have the grease splatters but now looks like it’s fit for the bin. I won’t be emailing or reaching out to u because unless ur willing to buy me a new ninja oven I really don’t care what you have to say! I must stress that this ninja is not an air fryer it is in fact a ninja oven as I have stated and it does not anywhere on the label state not to use it on air fryers/ninja ovens etc.

I ordered the big bundle, one product was missing, I contacted genie and they sent one immediately, can't fault the customer service go above and beyond to help.
As for the products, they are beyond amazing stains I've used pink stuff, ciff, bleach, method, not budged them but genie spray and boom gone! Highly recommend all cleaning products,.wax melts, room purfume and blast can.

My son who is 6 whenever am cleaning will say mum it's not just clean it's genie clean 🤣❤️

Love love love my genie cleaning products. The 'grease be gone' is my absolute favourite product, it will clean anything! Spray leave for 5 mins & all the crap literally just wipes away. The scale it down is also just as amazing, removed a build up of limescale from my shower and around my taps that I just couldn't shift.
Will be buying all my cleaning products from genie from now on.

Fast delivery and brilliant products. I decided to try them after seeing so many ads on Facebook and the free clean vids. I have ordered the grease be gone, fridge fresh and liquid. I will defo order more and some other items.

Im not one to leave a bad review however, since I keep receiving emails asking me to over and over I will... started off like everyone else seen the products on social media alot and seen alot of people commenting how good they were so decided to buy because who doesn't love a nice smelling clean home... order placed.. no contact or update after a week so did some digging into delivery ect couldn't find anything specific on their site about delivery times, so contacted their email as there was no number to call.. no response. I let it lie and waited abit longer.. got to 30days since order, after attempting contact via several emails I found via their website, the trade email, the shopify contact, I think 4 different emails i tried along side Facebook and tik tok videos and images and every comment and email was ignored so I done a charge back with the bank! To which the following day you decided it would be the perfect time to finally send my order. No email to say you sent it. No contact what so ever it was shopify whom updated me. Products arrived and I fully wanted to love them however because of the process I had to go through to get them I see them as just another cleaning product that does the same as my £1 product sitting in the cupboard. I have not and will not recommend these products due to the service received. What gets me the most is that you quite happily replied back to the bank on the same email i was using to contact you to challenge the charge back. All is fair have your money, I have the product but for me its the irony!

Communication via the Facebook page is amazing super quick response.
Mine and my sisters order has arrived and I would happily wait again these products are outstanding they really do the work for you highly recommend

I first ordered the offer bundle for £35 the Brazilian Bon Bon room spray is to die for 🥰 it smells amazing and the smell lasts so long! After trying out the products like grease be gone, the floor cleaner and the other bits I got in the bundle I just had to try more because they were amazing so I ordered the room cleaner and descaler and I cannot recommend enough! The delivery is fast and all the products make cleaning so much easier! Genie clean is my new go to for my cleaning products I absolutely love them and I am now hooked! I have even suggested the oven cleaner to people I know with businesses!

I Really love the genie clean products. Had no problems receiving my orders. I have ordered loads of products and the delivery been extremely quick. I really like the smell of the room cleaner, the oven cleaners amazing and so is grease be gone i love the Brazilian bon bon floor cleaner it smells amazing. Ive stocked up on the floor cleaner and the washing up liquid. The washing up liquid amazing pots are shiny and you dont need to use much. Ive had so many comments about how nice and shiny my kitchen looks. Will be ordering again and definitely recommend these products 100%. Can't wait to try some new things ive brought.

Amazing products! Smell beautiful and gives a next level clean feeling exactly like you see in the videos.I have used several from the range and they have all impressed.No issue with any order I received all came perfect,quick and packaged with care. Highly recommend.

Fantastic product used the clean your oven on the extractor fan spray left for about an hour rinsed of and as good as new .

Genie-clean wow all these products i have used so far are amazing I've used clean ya oven and results were amazing like a brand new cooker again all just wiped with a micro fiber cloth didn't have to scrub at all then I used grease be gone on my kitchen and this product was fantastic took all grease off tops of cupboards effortlessly again just using a cloth to wipe and also the scale it down used this on my kettle as I tried home remedies and ended up with stubborn burnt looking stuff at bottom of kettle I sprayed it when I was going to work at 1.30 came home at 10.30 to a sparkling base didnt even need to wipe had to rinse kettle thouroghly to get excess solution out and last thing is the floor cleaner its super concentrated so u dont need loads I've washed my floors with it the 1st thing I used it on was my wheelie bins and used a outside brush like i isually do but no physical scrubbing was needed all dirt came off effortlessly and bins looked like new again and smelt of sherbert lemons thanks genie love your range its a pity you cant load pics on here because before and after shiw how great the products are

Oven cleaner is poor, really over powering toxic smell. This will work on surface level grease only, anything deeper needs scrubbing / scraping still. Tried the same area 4 times and still did not lift - Tik tok videos are very deceiving!

Not received my order yet.can only enail.no contact number. I have sent several emails.stil not telling me when I will receive.

OMG. Amazing products.arrived today. Sprayed and then wiped radiator .that i knew would take ages to clean..this stuff took it off instantly. I didnt even let it soak in.
Delivery took a while. I know christmas has just been.
Be so much better if delivery didnt take so long.

Placed an order over a month ago nothing received. Emailed customer services several time and nothing. Link to track delivery expired so no idea if its been shipped or still waiting. Seems everyone has the same problem with their customer services.

I ordered a few things floor cleaner the room cleaner . Fairy liquid and another to tackle grease grime etc .. I have to say I found them pretty effective they are a new business and I’m all for supporting new business .. few hiccups with delivery to begin with but got resolved with one of the ladies on watts app .. I will be ordering again very good products

I think Ive tried every cleaning product in the range, they are all outstanding but the "clean ya oven" wow! It literally does exactly what it says, sprayed it on left for half an hour and it grease and grime just wiped off! Very happy! Best of all you don't need much of it so a £10 bottle will last me for months and months, highly recommend all the products but the oven cleaner without a doubt is the best on the market ☺️

Placed an order 17 days ago still not received it. I have email customer service team they did reply saying they will get In touch with the team and message me back within 3 days still nothing 😫 come on guys what’s going on ????
I wish I could leave a bad review on the product but I can’t because it’s great!!! This is my second order. so I can only assume it’s the fulfilment team come guys!!

Have been ordering for ages and recently had nothing but issues with my orders (damaged or missing products) delivery taken over 3/4weeks, customer service is non existent have emailed more then twice since the 21st of November and all have been ignored still nothing to now. Grease be gone and scale it down has started affecting my skin and also the wax melts are not lasting for more then 1 burn. As much as I like some of the products I won’t be ordering again quick enough to take peoples money but don’t want to deal with any customer enquiry’s or issues and just void emails but continue promoting to take peoples money, I’ve seen others waiting well over 6 weeks and have gone to trading standards over this.

Had a blip with my delivery which I bought for my Mum…carrier issue not Genie Clean…emailed and was sorted within 48 hrs and replaced without an issue(Thank You).
Products are fab… I tried the glass cleaner out of Mums…THE best ever! So happy I have now ordered for me this time.

Wow beautifully packaged and does the job to. I have never been happier opening up a package.
