Some very bad reviews but I have used these guys for over a week and bet substantial amounts and I have always been accepted and large withdrawals have come into my account within minutes - only if all bookmakers acted like this so credit where credit is due.

I have a dispute I am unable to contact anyone about involving a cash out that has not been successfully approved. Would like to know where the customer service contact is possible. A contact number or email address would be great. Other than this situation I've been a happy customer but I'm slightly concerned now I have an issue I'm unable to even approach the betting site to rectify it. Unless this is corrected I'd advise not using this site. Let's see what happens

Don’t waste your time
I have played with this website a couple of times and it’s the usual, happy to take your money, no need to verify your account for that, but when you win, oh hold on, here’s plenty of hoops to jump through before we pay you out!
If they are so worried about who is playing the site, then require all information before allowing you to gamble. They will state they have the right to do this, which they have, but it appears only to be asked when someone wins.
There are plenty of easier sites to use so I recommend you choose them instead of this site. One thing they aren’t which is in favour of the punter as it claims

I forsee this hell hole won't be open much longer and see then being closed and fined for unfair gambling. I really never experienced anything like it. Deposited around £300 and the highest amount I got back was £10. I'll be logging a case with the Gambling Commision for sure. I hope they get closed and fined.

Have withdrawn a few times from this…
Have withdrawn a few times from this casino, each time having to provide verification which was done very swiftly. The last time I received an email stating my account was “fully verified”. Fast forward a week and I make another withdrawal, lo and behold they want the card details that I used months ago which I don’t have as it was a virtual card on my banking app. I have explained this, sent multiple emails with proof of the last 4 digits, proof of transactions from that card to this site all with my name address etc on and they still won’t pay out. I will not be playing on here again and I urge people to stay away.
Will update if I eventually receive my winnings.
Updated to 3 star as I have received my winnings now but unsure wether I will play on this site again.

Scammers!! They closed my account after I won over £700. They refuse to give me my winnings and they just refunded me initial £75 of the placed bet.
I understand the reasons you closed the account but it’s very convenient you’ve closed after my balanced has increased.

No issues with site, my £160 winnings were paid same day. Only downside to site is game licenses are a bit limited with the bulk of slots are the pragmatic ones and these for me are not my favorite but each to their own.
