Dragon Bet will not answer my emails. They have £5000 of my money held in my account and will not release this to me, despite me giving them all the required documents they requested, which they confirmed to be successful.

I joined this betting site as my friend told me it was great but I haven't had that type of experience at all I have waited 5 hours so far for my withdrawal and it just says pending still tried to chat with yous and unlike other betting companies yous don't actually have 24/7 chat the time frame for withdrawals definitely need improvements!

Recently signed up and made a few withdrawals no problem at all. I did a small withdrawal this afternoon (literally around £10) straight after this I received an email asking me to provide documents, which I expected to be fair and have sent all required documents back. However when I login to check the withdrawal, it shows it as a withdrawal and the amount of credit I had at the time, but rather than the amount withdrawnz there's a black dot there. Seems odd, all other withdrawals and deposits were fine but the one where I've been asked for documents seems to have gone missing somewhere. Fingers crossed that gets sorted
