I am really happy with the service I have received from Genuine I ordered something I really want it came quickly am I am really happy with the product I will definitely use Genuine again

Didnt know it had received my item,only to email them to find it had been delivered, sent me a picture of it underneath the builders bucket who had previously done work at the house and had left apile of rubbish for the waste removal men to take by the time I knew it had been put under the bucket it was to late the rubbish had already been taken. Emailed them again had no response.

Could not fault anything. I ordered and I received, what's not to love

The glasses were delayed however once I called the office they sorted everything out very quickly. I will definitely use them again. Customer service very good and the glasses are excellent.

Excellent customer service, I wanted a specific pair of sunglasses which were sold out so a very kind lady went to the stockroom to find a selection which looked as close as possible to the pair I wanted. She was going to send me photos of them so I could choose. However, whilst she was there, she found a pair of the original sunglasses I wanted! Saved the day as i needed them to replace my son-in-laws sunglasses which had been broken. She telephoned me with the good news and despatched them to arrive the next day. Perfect!

The goggles came very quickly ad are well packed, a good price and look good, When we had a slight issue the lady on the phone in customer service was excellent. (Jenny was the customer service lady).
